Oh and there weren't any dual threads already on the respective boards? Nobody will notice, trust me, there will always be a multiple threads on the same things. Colours on Dual Blades are way different from colours on Broadswords or Katanas obviously..

I don't think that thread names need to be unique
And it shouldn't be more work for 'them' - it'll be more work for the computers. But that's what computers were made for, to shuffle/process data so we don't have to do it manually.

But keeping the bigger one would probably mean more storage and longer migration. Maybe they could just about manage to keep the bigger threads if they found some other way to strip out a few messages... maybe lose something like 27.5k of them...

Just because two threads have the same title doesn't mean they'll have the same content. I mean look at your own ability to send a thread gliding off topic (like now for example)
There'll be lots of 2 threads for a few weeks and then everything will settle as they float off the first page and all will be well.

..but I refuse to use outlook, so shouldn't be a problem. Also in my experience girls like the d00m'n'gloom boys more than spandex. Let's face it goody-goody spandex slick hair is nothing compared to the wild animated hair, tight leather/jeans dudes with a nice hiney.
