Just in case anyone else has any questions like me...

- What happens where you have both a US (expired) and an EU account with the same display name? Do we need to change one in advance?
- What, if any, threads will be ported from the EU and how will they be merged with the larger US affair? Or is everything being wiped?
- Will the EU City Scoop be continuing as a project or will it be merged into the main Scoop affair?
- Will there be any identifying tag against US/EU players since we can't actually arrange to meet ingame as it stands (handy for SG setups, etc.)

This (and the general name conflict resolution) could do with being answered in good time before the migration.

About 5 minutes ago, I did briefly alter my US displayname to Judgement_DaveUS then realised that this could just cause further difficulty if another US account changed to 'Judgement_Dave' - which would take priority? The new US one or my EU one?

(OK unlikely with the JD name, but you get the idea.. and if a name is important to you it'd be good to know what the policy will be).

Also need this answered as I have a Dr_Mechano on both forums...will I need to change my name or could I request they be merged?

Unless the Devs/Mods are really stingy/dense/lazy I don't see how it would be impossible to link up two accounts you own. At least on the forum. There might be a few little snags, maybe, but nothing impossible.

Thought it was a "Dummie's Guide"...

Steps:

Click "my home" on the forum header
Click recieved messages
Click to open a message
Highlight the message text with your mouse
Right hand click - copy
Open a txt file e.g. microsoft word
Paste
Save the file
Delete the message

Oh wait, were you joking Mother? It's too early in the morning for me to tell :P

We will still have different Good and Evil boards, even now that all accounts have access to both?
It was annoying to see links to "the other side" that I was logged out...

Are the current naming conventions going to be the same? eg _ instead of space.

Can I finally get Lost Ninja rather than LostNinja or Lost_Ninja?
