By the way, it's still down y'all. No copy. Guess our input is not needed then, they have enough NA players testing it.

Dudes! C'mon! This is getting ridiculous! One week has passed and it is still down!
Does anyone even come in here and read this at all?

I think the question should be "Char Copy tool not down?"

Cause it seems like BOTH copy tools are down more often than their up, like freaking 90% of the time down and 10% up. lol

If someone sneezes the copy tools go down.
If someone sips a soda the copy tools go down.
If someone crumples a piece of paper the copy tools go down.

Unless we're not talking about this URL: https://secure.cityofheroes.com/cgi-...transfer_eu.pl , then I definently wouldn't say that it's up, as I can't even enter the page. And really, I need to be able to access the Character Copy Tool, as I have no Incarnates (or even proper lvl 50's) for tomorrow's Sneak Peak trial! :'(

Opened up 30 mins before the event 'nanas. Trying to port over Blue and Maroon.
