Hey there bill, i think you might be in luck (though you may not think it after teaming with me) as im currently leveling a blaster who is at level 34.

If they're offline it will flag the message to them once they get online, so don't worry too much. Though on the basis of adding one person who then didn't log onto their personal account for AGES after they told me their global name, there is a time limit to it.
And enjoy the game. Get yourself up to L35 and then you can enjoy the party lands that are RWZ and Cimerora.

Also im looking for higher level groups (or a kind of mentor) i can join becouse i like doing the high level missions there alot more interesting
