I don't know if Mechano, the character, plans to issue a standard communications device with everyone linked and accessible, but if not, I would imagine your characters would need to literally ask other characters for thier cellphone numbers, email address, Facebook or whatever. Hehe. I guess thhe former would be a good idea, a nice way to automatically list and update all new members. Preferably onto a standard issue NWA cellphone with stored contacts.
I don't think we have a logo yet. Pistol, the character intends to propose NWA members, leaders, non-member supporters or empathisers all wear red gloves as a symbol of world power through hardwork and determination, through sweat, bones and bloodshed, at the next meeting.
Most community roleplay events will be wide open, I cant imagine any plots being exclusive. Lastly, the Midnight Illuminati only exists by rumours, unless you're a member, then you'll know it is more than just myth. Like Mechano, I would imagine Illuminati members would be leaders or important voices in NWA meetings, mainly because they have just that specialty in common with Mechano, but there are other undisclosed reasons also. Hope this answers yoour questions okay.
Consider members of the NWA have now been issued with NWA specific Cell phones (as per the Unwelcome Return topic), each one has a private number listed on it, though as of yet only Edward knows each persons cell phone number. There will be a pop up message when the phone turns on to let others in the network know of their numbers.
Basically, it does just make it a hell of a lot easier to communicate between members, otherwise it's all word of mouth and carrier pidgeons until the next meeting

Will send cozzie file tonight, until then powersets for Enerfist is an energy/inv brute - but based off originally an AR/energy blaster. Energy manip is his mutation. AR and Inv is picked up by the weapon for the former and the armour for the latter

as far as this IC shapechanging i play that he can change his face and basic body shape , basically any human male or huge slider shape ...so he ranged from beast like to ghoul like to human like to human ....
Okay, so as it says in Unwelcome Return, it seems Dr Neurocide has taken Kall's phone while looking for Spruk at her house again. He does it a lot. Don't ask.
So when Mech phoned Kall... Neurocide would pick up the phone. I'd like to know everything about this phone. Is it able to call others up? Does it have the numbers of the other NWA members? Is it traceable? Basically Neurocide wants Spruk's number (something Spruk -does not- want him to have) so he'll be looking for it through the phone.
Also, if you'd prefer we can do the phone conversation through tells or PMs here or even via Unwelcome Return thread. Up to you.

Ah, that's a good idea. I could just use their handbook page if they have one. But, I can't really remember all those that were there (sorry, notoriously bad memory). So far I've got these down, and I'd appreciate if anyone could complete this list for me. (I'm ignoring the Corporation as I'm pretty sure they said they weren't getting involved other than supplying the explosives).

Basically, each phone only his it's number listed under the addresses...this is primarily to encourage a communication of sharing numbers between people in the NWA, it's good to talk says a certain someone.
Neurocide would have Kall's number, which would be the phone he's holding and that would be all. Ed would tell Neurocide to take it up with Spruk if he wanted to get his Cell phone number.
Currently Ed is the only one that knows all the numbers and he wouldn't willing give out anyone elses number unless they had been asked by someone specifically and for good reason.
You never know who could have intercepted the parcel, could be a Longbow Spy claiming to be a member...

Especially the chours, since the NWA is villains working together (Yo, ho, haul together, hoist the colours high), a collection of 'thieves and beggars' and how if one of their number is taken out, the rest remain so "never shall we die!" villainy cannot truly ever be stopped.
Yes it's a bit piratey for a group of comic book villains but I think it suits quite nicely.

Hey guys. I've been gone a couple of weeks now. My internet should be up on the 18th. Any new NWA plots?
I haven't been ingame for 3 weeks or so. Lost interest in the game at the moment.
Sadly the same for me...been playing more US side, RP on the EU side seems to have had it's numbers thinned substantially with the summer coming in.
Plus not only can I not really think of a decent new plot there's 3 people off on holiday for the past couple of weeks which leaves 4 people to run the shop, which means I don't get much free time these days.

My Character Blood ghoul , by his Djinn nature is a shapeshifter and has a Varity of different looks , not just costume but also different AT alts , so given that how do members ID themselves to each other ?
