SFMA - Story Focused Mission Arc

Most players don't read forums and will not know what this means, though. :/
A checkbox when publishing/editing an arc to indicate this would be good, but for that we'd need to get the Devs to like the idea.
I think the Colonel is right, lots of people who do not read the forums will have no idea what the designation means.
That said, however, as arc designers start using it then word is likely to spread, since people will ask friends and other team mates about it. It may eventually become generally known.
It would be a cut down version of the one that GrinningSpade suggested here
I think it's a case of TMA, personally.
And farmers might be inclined to add SFMA, because they think it might make thier farm less likely to be deleted.

I doubt that a 4-letter acronym is going to fool the GMs, and any farm that uses this acronym is going to get many complaints from people who are angry because they searched for SFMA precisely because they wanted to avoid farms.

I doubt it. It would bring their arcs to the attention of those who hate farms.
I for one will be using this system. If enough people find out about tags like this, then people will start using them and they will become widespread.

Probably not, but it wouln't stop farmers from trying it because they think it will fool the GMs.

But if we all start rating any non story based farm arc abusing the tag as 0 stars they might get the message.

Sure, it's worth a try, but my inclination is to look for snags before they occur. If the devs did that we wouldn't have so many problems.

The guys on the US forums have come up with this acronym to tag mission arcs where story is important. Put it in your arc descriptions, and story lovers will be able to find your arcs more easily.
I think it's a good idea.
