get a ranged AT (don't get into meleerange because of the holdpower in ssset) which has at least a toggle (to get rid of heal self), a power with regdebuff (selfexplaining) and good dmgoutput (to get him at least down)

hmm.. it might take awhile but I wouldn't mind trying that with my lvl 50 necro/dark/fly mm with buffed reg to 350 and +HP to corr level incl all accolade powers.
Youre regen wouldn't be a prob.. I take that down fast enough.

Off the top of my head....Login in on a WP/SS 3221+Hp capped Tank that Regens over 551% without Rttc and has a 807hp Aid Self every 9 secs!

i would get a team of corruptors (rads and thermals) to debuff the [censored] out of it and blast the [censored] to death and when its health is low all run in and nuke at the same time just to make the death more painful
