No, it doesn't break any forum rules at all, there's nothing wrong with trading in-game currency for PLing services. It's when it's real currency that it's a no-no.
I agree with you on the 100 mill though. None of my characters have even held 100 mill (my Warshade got 60 for a purple drop a few weeks ago, I felt so rich!)

It's only doing it for real cash that's against the rules - that would be using NCSoft's property for your own financial gain, but PLing someone for in-game cash it ok.

So as leveling scales, you want 15-25 extra free... More than 3x the work from 1- 14 and through leveling pact means double that work...

A fair price for lowbie PLing is 2mil a run for being skd to a 46 mentor, 1 mil a run for being skd to a 50 mentor ("A run" constitues one reset of the battle maiden map)

No offense but i can do that to anyone who wants to pass that low levels faster free. It's Sewer Run + Atlas and Kings Bank + Midnighters with full team. Oh no need to mention i will do it to 7 other people not only one.

Yeah, but can you do it in the space of 15 mins, and searching for a full team to stick with you from Sewer to midnighter isn't the easiest.
I'm not saying there isn't another way to lvl ofcourse...

Oh my point was, people possibly wouldn't pay that much for low levels. As they know their way around things too well.
I bet your chances are much higher on levels after 20. Especially after level 30 game becomes really frustrating as you get new shinny powers lesser. Also 45-50 another fast to level up period.

Yes, but at lvls 1-37 you get, from (at lvl 1) 10 to (at lvl 37) to 400 xp per minion defeated versus 900 xp per minion at 50.
