Tailor
while it is possible to navigate to steel tailor i agree with this. Too far away from yellow line and sometimes high level tsoo spawn too close to the tailor.

EDIT: hmm though about something how about a porter near the yellow line straight to the tailor?
But... but... this would remove two of the most fun passtimes in the game!
The Level 1 "Can I get to the Steel Canyon Tailor?" run and the Level 1 "Can I get to the Independence Port Tailor via King's Row" run!
No, no, no! This would destroy one of the most amusing things to do (and since the Hollows was revamped, one of the primary ways of learning about aggro ranges in the game).
I'm afraid that's /unsigned from me, because I think the position of the tailors is an advantage, plus it's not exactly difficult to get the GvE edition Pocket D pass, get to Level 3 and then use that to get to the tailor in the Tiki Lounge.
The wisdom of Shadowe: Ghostraptor: The Shadowe is wise ...; FFM: Shadowe is no longer wise. ; Techbot_Alpha: Also, what Shadowe said. It seems he is still somewhat wise ; Bull Throttle: Shadowe was unwise in this instance...; Rock_Powerfist: in this instance Shadowe is wise.; Techbot_Alpha: Shadowe is very wise *nods*; Zortel: *Quotable line about Shadowe being wise goes here.*
I often find the run to Steel canyon tailor can be bit of a trek for a lowbie, i find running to IP tailor actuaully easier as just go across Kings Row and use the IP entrance there and then the icon is just along the road. (might be a few family mobs not to far away, but is usually no more then two) Lot easier then dodging all the mobs in Steel canyon
And if you have the Pocket D Tp, then a tailor is even easier to get to.
As for villians, its a bit more challenging to get to Cap one, i usually just swim round the sides if i dont want to dodge mobs, takes a little while tho if your a lowbie.

You could just go to Kings and run a couple hundred yards to pocket D and avoid running though high level areas like Steel or IP though.
That said there have been times when I wanted a specific look that I could only get from a cossie recipe that I would have liked to find a tailor in Atlas, so I could play the get some inf from an SG mate, buy the cossie bit, change cossie and then play the whole game through with the proper look.
While I'd like to see this, but theres many other things I'd prefer to see before it.
It is a bit silly that the location of the first logical tailor in level sequence is based on the idea that you won't want to change your costume until level 20.
That said, I haven't really had any trouble getting to either the IP tailor, or the Cap one on lowbie characters. It's just inconvenient.

What I'd really like is an option at the end of the tutorial zone to pop back into the costume creator and fix anything I don't like before I go on to the game proper. By the time I've run around the tutorial, I've usually figured out if and how I want to tweak the costume and the sliders to get it just right.

[/ QUOTE ]The Tailor is in the Tiki lounge. If you have to run instead of teleporting, you probably won't be able to access her anyway.

GG, I would tell you that "I am killing you with my mind", but I couldn't find an emoticon to properly express my sentiment.

Agreed - being able to leave the tutorial to 'tweak before you commit' is a good idea. You have to see it in action before you 'enter the city' properly

I support the tailor option after doing the tutorial idea wholeheartedly.
Maybe a special tailor in Atlas townhall for that moment where you get your Cape? Free of charge of course to celebrate that happy moment as a gift form a thankful city?
Steady lad, no bringing good ranting points in from other threads
Although a tailor in Atlas/Galaxy or one of the lower zones gets my /Signed

did a quick search but couldnt find a suggestion for this apart from there beign a tailor in Pocket D.
Any chance for a tailor in Atlas park/galaxy and Mercy Island. just to make it easier for low level players to change costume details....
