Issue 13: PvP changes appearing in PvE ???

After my first attempt at Issue13 Solo PvE I was immediately drawn to my endurance drain mid-fight with 2 Arachnos lieutenants. Odd thing is I have the exact build I had before Issue release.
I also found myself repeatedly stunned by level fifty Behemoth lieutenants at Portal Corp gates and that NEVER happens with my current build. I have discussed this with others in the Union Chat channel and a lot of other people are reporting end drain, stuns and what they feel may be unintentional PvP changes that may have sneaked into the PvE game.

Part of me feels like saying "What on Earth is going on?", but I think I'll leave it aimed at the Devs as a respectful "Are you sure you haven't overlooked anything with regard to the changes?"


Anyone else notice anything odd either with regard to the performance of their build post Issue 13 or other changes that resemble I13 PvP changes in the PvE game?.

I cant be sure but my mace/elec brute which was allready very end heavy dose now seem to eat more end

You did check your Combat Attributes when these things happened, right?

Was a noob before issue 13, now im a noob with power!!!!

The only difference iv noticed regarding pve is the agro range of the enemies now seem to be way higher and auto agro onto the mission holder. Otherwise all good for damzs characters!

I noticed some more than usual end drain today while kicking some Longbow bootie with my dom. Endurance hasn't been an issue with her for some time now, so thats why I noticed the thing. Didn't check combat attributes, cause I basically thougt I was imagining the whole thing. After seeing this post I'm starting to wonder I wasn't...


My main toons on Union:
Majer; Dark/Dark Corruptor
Caitlin Calathea; Plant/Thorns Dominator
Davallia Fejeensis; Empathy/Archery Defender

Combat Attributes check out fine, I can see the stats are higher than the suppressed PvP figures.... something just doesn't feel right. It doesn't feel like the build used to, I know that sounds vague but believe me, when you have over 3500 hours on a toon you have a spidey-sense for when something is amiss.

Mumsy never been one to come moan after an issue that her char is wrong.

Would not surprise me in the least if we get a patch note in a few days where it says "Fixed error where some powers used PvP settings in PvE"

I only ran some Ouro missions last night, but I noticed absolutely no problems what so ever.

Didn't notice anything strange these past two days endurance or mez wise, but foes aggro range seems to be much higher plus when running Battle Maiden mish with Cynic, we noticed an odd runaway code, he had a nice herd on his Spines/Inv and all of a sudden, foes started running away like mad in all directions, I don't think this has anything to do with any PvP code though...

I've put mine down to a toggle not switching of properly as after playing about with the toon for a good bit last night every so often i would have "end use" showing in the combat attributes but wouldn't have anything running. Zoning or switching my toggles on then off seemed to clear it so its possible more to do with how iffy my connection is this weather.

Hmm...haven't noticed anything, but the teaming I did yesterday was such a one sided slaughter that i probably wouldnt have
