Nice, but it does kind of make it look like we're getting the Going Rogue system.

very odd... good video... but not sure it's not massively misleading.
I agree. The video was nice, but it wasn't all that much related to I13. The actual I13 content seemed limited to a few seconds at the end (quick flashthrough of the shields, and someone at a day job).
The video was mostly playing on the actual title of the issue rather than the content. So while it is a good video it is lacking in what I13 is actually about until the end.
It's not running away. It's advancing in reverse!

The reason there wasn't much related to I13 is that there couldn't be much related to I13, since to get that sort of imagery would require breaking the NDA on Closed beta.
The flick through of the shields will have been taken from the costume editor on the US training room, which anyone with a current US account can get access to. they just can't log into the actual server to play with any of the shinies that they can look at on the costume screen.
Still a very nice video. Covers the major bases regarding the info we do have, but unless you're up to date on the current known info on I13, then I can see how it could give an erroneous impression of the contents of said issue.

If NCSoft had any sort of clue they'd get her/him into the closed beta like a shot and then liase to make a really epic video that shows some of what is coming.

I saw the thread about my video, and I wanted to thank everyone for enjoying my latest effort! I know, I know, everyone wants to see more about the actual issue, but if a) I'd had access to closed beta, and b) used it to post stuff before NCNC said it was okay, I'd be a dead woman. So while I wish I could give the fans what they want, no such luck. (And I am entirely too arrogant to use the footage that they DID post to MMORPG.COM about Pain Domination and Shields... I use footage that *I* shoot!)
HOWEVER...
As is also part of my usual tradition, I'll be doing a full-on, no-holds-barred, "holy [censored] that's what it looks like!" trailer for I-13 as soon as I'm able. So fear not, you'll get what you want eventually.
To everyone who thinks NCNC should just hire me, don't I wish. However, I took it as a good sign that I was invited to present at HeroCon 2008 on how to make movies, so who knows, perhaps in the not-too-distant future...

Looks great again. No idea how she does it though but I can admire a good job when i see it.
Of course i had to rewatch the its time to start video again as well. Which is my fav of her work so far.
