I have put my Luck of the Gambler +recharge for sell recently for 100mil; and the goiing price is around 90-100 although it occassionally sold for less. There are usually 4-6 on sale and about 150+ bidding.

I have seen seen a few sold recently at 100mil (think there are 3 sold at that price today alone). But mine one is just not selling at all. I do not understand why and how the Black Market works in terms of selling stuff. By the way, I have put mine up for sell for weeks already.

It works 1st come 1st served, highest bid buys the 1st item put up for sale if there are more than 1 at the same price.

So maybe there were a few up for sale at the same price but put up for sale before yours.

The marked is thus. People bid, highest gets the item. So if some puts offer of 100 mill and it is the highest. They win.

Now.. here is the important part. The lowest offered item, this case the Lotg recharge, will go first. If you priced it too 100 mill it will take a long time (to the point where it is no other offered) before that one gets sold.
Now if you had put it too .. say 95 or 96 mill it would sell before all the other lotg recharge that has been put up on price for 97-100 mill.
As it is now, your lotg recharge is last in line to be sold.

Fixed that. Unless you somehow know what all the other bids are it is a complete guessing game. The only thing to do is be patient I am afraid. I do suspect however that some people have put theirs up for 99,999,99 putting themselves ahead of you in the queue and saving themselves a small amount of infamy (I am not sure how accurate that is though)

Well, that or take the item off and resubmit it at a slightly lower price, but that wouldn't be worth it in my opinion.

The higher end items such as the one you are selling will have a slower turn around due to the sums involved. Good luck.

And to be honest, if you put it in for around 50 million it would probably sell as fast as you click the sell button. If it doesn't sell for 100 million then just be happy that you still got a shed load of inf for no work at all.

And it is people putting stuff on at stupid high prices that prevent normal players from getting recipes and salvage. When you are trying to craft a level 15 accuracy enhancement and find it takes 50k for one of the salvage it becomes annoying. Unless you are subbed by a high level toon normal players can't afford stuff.

Or, for 6k you can buy a level 15 DO.

Which isn't as good (16.6% bonus, vs 19.2% for an IO, and it loses effectiveness as you level) but on the other hand is clearly much cheaper. FWIW it's usually part of game design that you can't routinely slot the "best available" kit all the way through the levelling process - gives you more of a challenge if the target's something you have to work for.

Oh I agree and thats the way I usually go, but it is unfortunate that the salvage required to make the IO is so routinely expensive.

I still list everything for 10, means the fees are less ( a bit ) and I feel good about giving everyone a chance to bid.

Sold a LoTG + Recharge this was and still got 60 mill for it, was pleasantly happy with that.

I list things for 1 still, which lets me get in before those sneaky people listing at 10.......... still make good inf and no waiting around. Its easy to have all slots full waiting for sales otherwise and inf tied up

If you list things for a low amount of INF, there are good odds that your item will go to a flipper (i.e. someone who will just put your item back on the Market at a higher price). To get the best prices for things you have to lay down the INF and walk away for a bit. A good rule of thumb is something like mid-way between the lowest and highest in the last 5 history.

Assuming cares about flippers of course, which I don't particularly.

I throw most things up for 5 Inf. Oddball recipies go up for 1000, if I don't sell them to the shops instead.

Someone wants to spend time playing the Flipping game, fine, off you go.

Aye, same here, if someone wants to spend their time playing the AH then thats fine by me. I did it in WoW and DDO, but I dont find outs interesting enough to spend the time playing it and the game a whole lot more interesting than WoW (in DDO I was normally waiting for a team to form)
