Issues with Powers not recharging after zoning?

Tested, and I've confirmed this has happened on my main character. Used Build Up, Aim, Boost Range and Power Boost, then zoned from Galaxy to KR. All the powers stopped recharging and went down to teeeny weenie icon size. Petition sent of course.
Here's hoping you guys have a speedy fix on it! Not the way people want to spend a friday evening doing, so the sooner you can get home, the better.
Edit to add: THey just recharged, about 4 minutes later. And seem to be recharging normally.
Update:
We are looking into resolving this issue right now - it might be an internal synchronisation issue. Our Networking Operations Center is dealing with this as we speak, but please let us know if the issue persists.

According to the feedback we just got, the issue is resolved.
But please let us know ASAP you should see any issues like that again.

Not sure if this is relating to the same internal sync K but people on Union at least are experiencing odd "lag" where its taking between 0.5 and 1 sec before a power starts to activate, accompanied by occasionally jerky movement... is anything still being run on the server that might be slowing her up?

Simple answer at the moment: I don't know.
NOC gave us the "all clear" on the time-synch issue between the shards - it may have several issues.
It could be generic network lag between clients and servers; it might be that the servers were being worked on at that time; it may have several other reasons.
As I said: if it persists, please contact support.

I'm still experiencing this on my will/db tanker.
However it is rather worse... Several of her attacks(3 of 7 attacks) simply refused to recharge during a mission a few minutes ago. Sent a petition.
Agree this is still an issue this morning, occurs both inside and outside missions, both on heroes and villains (I'm only on Union so don't know if the Deviant boys and girls are affected also) Have raised ticket 080808-001250, all requested data and attachments sent over. Please advise as this is really quite annoying

Can confirm same problems here; very nasty lag, seems to be a half second delay on pretty much everything....started Friday.

The lag on union is insane. Powers indicate they are recharged when they are not. 2-3 seconds from when you click a power until it activates. I figured this was due to rikti invasion but they are turned off now are they not? It happens regardless of what zone or what you're doing, pvp, pve whatever.

To be fair, that's old and happens all the time on some powers. Rest is a massive culprit. It pretty much always actually becomes available about a second after the icon goes active.

mine started friday aswell
im not getting any 'normal' lag, but i have been getting the power delay REALLY badly lately and im not sure if its random but i tend to find i get longer power activation lag when its a PBAoE skill than a single target, may just be coinsodence, but thats what ive noticed

Jerky movement (even NPCs), client thinks that powers are recharged but server is a bit behind and doesn't let them activate (server timing issue?), even chat itself lags.
All those on Union since Friday here too.
I haven't found even 1 (one, ein, en, een, uno, jeden, yksi, um, ena) player that doesn't have that problem. Most thought that it's their own fault, so I suggested them to petition it under "Technical Issues" category. It is something global and I hope NCEU to fix it first thing tomorrow morning.
Is Defiant any better?

Has never been that way for me except for occasional lag fiestas but now... I have it bad on all my toons. 
Started after the latest patch.

We just talked about this internally and all reports we have received so far about this lag issue are coming from customers on Virgin Media Cable.
Can you let us know if you're with this ISP as well or do you experience lag although you're with another ISP?
K, just to seek clarity: Are you querying this for the original non-recharge on zoning issue, or on the power ready delay?
If it is the latter, I can confirm that I am experiencing this, and yes, I use Virgin Media Cable. (my wife is experiencing it also, but I sort of think that's a redundant statement).

There is no Virgin Media Cable in my country, I can confirm that all my SG mates (Union server) have same problem, most of them are outside UK and our problem started at Friday like everybody's else and continues until this right moment without stop.
What happened to the "server timing issue" that the team diagnose?
Broken server has anything to do with broken Arena?
I'm from Portugal, so no Virgin Cable (or even an experienced cable), while I'm also having the same problems ever since friday.

From what I have just heard from our customer support, some players are experiencing issues with powers that don't recharge after zoning.
The issue occurs when the power has been used and not fully recharged when they change zones.
Can all affected players please contact our support team as soon as it is possible through either the /petition-command in game or through the support website http://uk.support.plaync.com and let us know?
We need as much information on this as possible to resolve this issue.
If it turns out to be a bug and not just some weird timing issue, we need the Devs at NorCal to look into this.
I am terribly sorry for the inconvenience and apologise for the disruption of your gameplay.
