wait, you don't even know what to do to enter the contest but you are complaining about it?

the word is an amalgam, Machine cinema, based on the notion of making a film with a game engine.

There's probably a thread on the US saying:

"So that Daily Mirror thing is the big EU only competition? Pfft."

It might just be me but the prize is really a bit too much compare to ours. How about we get our own version of it instead we get 15 Ferrari F1's?

Define Good stuff?... what, petrol?
If it comes with a full tank I may go in for it, the way the price of oil is going up exponentially - keep the petrol in storage for a couple of years and it will be worth more than the Toyota!.

Sad but true :|
They need to make a viable alternative to using petrol or diesel which is affordable and workable.

Electric cars have too little range.
Ethanol cars are much more expensive to buy, you get some tax reductions and such, but they consume so much more ethanol than a petrol car uses petrol the total cost is almost the same.

You could always get a diesel, since they can run on used cooking oil.

Not to mention that ethanol takes approximately 70% more energy to produce that it returns...

Erm, if you hadn't just pulled my quote out of the reply I'd made, you'd see that was the exact point I'd made...

Oh, they care about the economy - they just have a nasty habit of caring too late. And then they care a lot.
