Hey, it could work...! You'd need some hefty slotting for damage and your defensive set though as you'd then basically be playing as a scrapper with stealth, and less often criticals.
Spines would probably be best for the aoe factor, too.

true but i hate the look Spines on my toons tho 
but the build will be EM / WP. with me travel power eather SJ or SS so if things get messy i can get out of there fast, more likely to be SS tho so i can get hasten in asap

imo the whole idea of the stalker is the AS. Without it you'd be better off playing a brute and taking stealth/invis

Well yeah, BU + crit bonesmasher and ET, i never used AS on my em stalker. I expect many ninja blade and claws stalkers also cry about the amount of kills they get in base raids without AS but not in the same way, squishies running 47% res to lethal damage puts a significant crimp on their ratio and AS is the only unresistable damage they have.

I am on union and have never followed any guide to playing an AT
I am on union and have never created a toon that is already a FoTM
but if i were to play on defiant and joined a team with a ASless stalker a Petless MM i would know its a team thats about to die (nothing wrong with a brute not having Rez powers if you mean ressurect if you mean resistance... then they need to think about getting a new game)

Havin 7 stalkers as i do and 2 at lvl 50 i have been think this 4 a while and i am goin to build a Stalker without Assassin's Strike and see if i can get her up to 50. Any one else think im mad ?
