Raid costumes:
Basically, a raid costume doesn't use any frills and tried to cut down on the number of surfaces. This is to lighten the load on people whose graphics cards are under strain. They can also be color.coded for AT, but that isn't as important here.
Don't use: Capes
Things to avoid: Shoulders, belts, auras, hair or helmets (use the full mask option), complicated hands and/or legs (robotic, Justice, Sinister, any of the specials).
AT Colors (I only know the hero colors)
Blaster: Red
Defender: green
Scrapper: Yellow (not 100% on this)
Tanker: Black (Again, not 100%)
Controller: Purple

if your going by the good old hami colors for the no frlls costumes it was emps green and defenders blue i think used to make it easyer to spot healers when needed
only reason i rememebr is scotlands is an ill emp and his hami cozzie is a weird looking green afair as i never took part in the PA deop side of things always healing blanket

hm, thought when doing hami the blast bot helmet was suggested seeing that was most friendly for gfx cards.
On the regular raids, nice initiative, however does this mean we get less spamming on global channels bout the raid? Something that has been getting quite annoying these days

Ooooh, so nice just asked for it a few days later and now you are going to organise raids!!!! I can't promise I can go on wednesdays, but I'll be there on fridays, I want to earn GM badge and enough Merits to fashion Vanguard costume!

9 is a little late for me to be starting stuff, but assuming they start something like on time, I'll be there for the Wednesday ones.
There was a raid yesterday around 6pm. I was dragged away during the Pylon fight (my Niece, plus some student at the door selling artwork, who would not take no for an answer!)
Still, I rushed back and made up for lost time, planted a bomb and got the killing shot in the GM (I know it makes no difference and it was totally a team effort, but its nice to see you name up there!)
Great job to all who made it. Looking forward to Weds raid (which is a good time for me!)
Just spotted this TsumijuZero and FrIce will be along to raids that RL will permit. It will be good to get out there pushing back the invasion. I always enjoy your raids. Time to visit Icon for a raid friendly suit.

Well I went on tonight and even on a Thurs there was regular raiding all night and a good turnout too. Hope this continues - could become the new Hami
There finally was any raid on Friday night? Because I was on a RWZ raid almost 1 hour before the time you selected to start your own, then people gone, and when 9:00 p.m. arrived, there were only 6-8 people in RWZ; I stayed until 9:15 but on one else showed up or asked for a raid team.
SO..... WHAT'S THE TIME FOR RAIDS??? because I'd like to earn enough vanguard merits to get a full costume, and if you are setting them wednesday and friday 9 p.m., but people already organizes them any other day and any other time, it will be pretty hard.

I was there too, I think some other group was doing them starting 6pm/7pm or something?
I ended up doing Lady Grey instead. I'm definitely there next Weds/Fri 9pm.
6/7 is too close to getting out of work for me!

You asked for it, we answered!!!
A few of us got the ball rolling tonight for regular Mothership raiding with an open invitation raid for all Unionites!
Regular operations against the Rikti will take place every wednesday and friday night at 2100 GMT. If you would like to take part and have a suitable, level 35+ character ( although you will need a mentor unless you are 48+ ) then please come and join in!
If you are interested in joining, or helping to organise this event, please feel free to join the Mothership Raid Chat channel to see new on upcoming or ongoing raids!
A few things to remember...
Villain's and Hero's cant trade inspirations, so try to keep villain's with villain's and hero's with hero's if you intend to give inspirations to each other!
Any defeated characters should use the hospital function, not the base function to revive, unless they have a sidekick still fighting in range. The only other exception are raid organisers, who are probably watching the ongoing battle and directing teams as nessecary.
Please refrain from spamming chat channels if possible, as it makes it harder for everyone to get information on whats going on during the raid.
Raid costumes, while not mandatory, are really appreciated - contact me for details if you need more information on these.
