Hot feet does it need acc?

As the title says.

It says i can slot acc in it but i haven't found any place where it has a base acc not even in mids and i've never seen it miss.

Only takes acc checks in PvP, so no acc needed in PvE

Forgot one thing though not related to headline. Does char and ring of fire stack?

As in if i put 2x ring of fire will it cancel the first or both do dmg?

I haven't been able to tell from combat log yet. But it would be nice if it didn't cancelt the first and just did 2x ring of fire dmg so i wouldn't have to stand and wait.

Yeah, they both stack their damage. 1 ring of fire will do its damage no matter what. If you do another ring straight after, the first will have its damage ticking, and the second one will damage too (Except at double damage, from containment.)

Ofc you can. In fact, it's one of the best troller primaries for that, but you won't do very well with a farming build tho

Errr I wouldn't get that far . Depending on the secondary and who you are fighting actually (btw you didn't mention stone, so i take you think stone is the best PvP primary?? )

Goes without saying. Hence why no one mentions it in PvP threads.

I don't like anything my that is not psy based for primary on controller or Dominator for pvp. Simply to easy to resist if not.

But this is a pure pve toon and it works great

Fire=great for pvp, very high damage output for a troller imao.

It depends, on what kind of PvP. Fire has the highest damage assuming you can stay in melee, which often won't be the case. The secondary effects from Grav and Ice (-mvt -rechg) are often much more useful. Ill has the advantage of fear/confusion as well as psi damage, extra damage from pets and invis. Mind has confuse/sleep and the ever-so-loved TK. So I wouldn't necessarily consider Fire to be the strongest PvP primary. This being said, some fire/rads or fire/FF can certainly be a pain to duel .

And to the OP, despite what some people think, the damage part of Hot Feet (but not the slow) does need a to-hit check in PvE, but it doesn't miss often enough that you would need to enhance it tbh. In any case, you should really slot it with 5 Scirocco's Dervish (skip the Acc/Rechg but take the proc) and 1 EndRdx IO .

Atm i'm doing vicious or unylding i think it's called on hero side just storming thu missions with super ease. He's Fire/kin btw. And i see no reason not to upgrade it to highest setting once i hit 20/21 and get stamina.

As for pvp with dmg output you just take fire as epic pool and you got dmg spells to chain. Still belive psy based controll powers hold (i made a joke without know i said hold :P ) thier ground better then other power pool mainly because it's easier to get resist to them

Actually for PvP you probably want Psi (IW) or Primal (PB) epic (Ice is OK for some team builds). Since they nerfed epic blasts, your epic attacks do less damage than your single-target immob. And I don't really understand the rest of your sentence. Are you saying more (or less?) mobs have resists to psi damage? Or are you talking about PvP?

I think he is saying that psy is less resisted than others... yet epic blasts for trollers are pretty useless

Contrary to popular belief, Hot Feet isn't entirely autohit.

The slow and -fly effect is autohit, but the damage has a standard base accuracy of 75% in PvE, which can be enhanced. Unlike most attacks, it has a flat 75% chance of causing Containment damage - when containment is in effect the containment damage is autohit but has a 75% chance of actually occuring, which is seperate from the accuracy of the power and is unenhanceable.

But all things said, Fire primary can be very good in duels or small battles like 2vs2 depending on secondary (i.e. /rad, /FF and even /storm). But PvP is more then that...

I really can't see why these are useless. Ok sure they are less dmg compared to a blaster but there is contaminent to factor in aswell. Maybe for some of the controller pools it's not very good but for a pool like ill i say it's a gift from heaven....RECHARGE timers.

It's useless because a hold deals more dmg, has a better recharge and demands less end, simple as (let alone the hold effect).

I'd rather Fire Cages than Fireball or Fireblast for PvP.
