Any link to a comfirmation of thier acc % being 100%?

i have scrapper/troller team on hero side at and corr team on villain.

Never tried a defender team but prolly will when it's time for peacebringers. Smack in a /dark defender or 2.

I dual account a spines/regen and a fire/kin at this very moment funny enough

After lvl 32 i'd say the fire/kin lay waste to pve mobs faster.

Ofc i don't have /DA but mostly because i belive regen is better for pvp (fire/kin is PL toon) and i'm running in a grp where everyone has leadership so regen is really ace there too. Once you get tactics even solo, not even CoT is gonna make you miss.

Well well yeah cept for the controll powers, the speed, the buffing, the end drain, grossly huge dmg buff in pve called fulcrum shift and pets.

We already have 2 of those teams running. Not all /dark though but always one to carry the team and maximize the pulls. We take random slotfillers in every night

To OP post i can't think of anything a stalker would bring to a team that is necessary or or other ATs can't do better.

Atm i run a new team with fire/dark draggin 2-3 grp tar patch and aoe begin from team.

We use stalkers at lowér lvl as teamfiller to get bosses each pull They have zero use for the team and i tell them so and just stay back not to [censored] it up. But i guess they hare happy enough beeing 5 lvls lower getting insane exp.

Yeah 400 mill was a rough number and with prices on villain side atm it was prolly a bit too light.

But don't want anyone to have a heart attack :P

Iunno why this subject got so much in on pvp but heck lets continue. In my eyes any serious pvp controller would not say no to epic fire.
RoF: End 7.8, Rec 4s, Dmg 33.7
Char: End 8.53, Rec 8s, Dmg 33,7
FB: End 6.25, Rec 8s, Dmg 71

Here is why i would deffently pick it.
Spectral Wounds: End 6.86, Rec 6s, Dmg 30.6+ special
Blind: End 8.53, Rec 9s, Dmg 30.6

Notise the recharge timers in Ill even though shorter in fire no way you are gonna be able to chain it. Vs a serious pvp'r you are gonna need it cus you won't get contaminent in for a good while when he's popping Bf.

Even if you take fireball the dmg vs end cost with fire cages is still in favour of fire ball.

I really don't get why so many trollers and Dominators act like there is no such things as BFs in this game. Any serious pvp'r you are gonna meet will have loads of them and until you break the mag or he runs out you have to rely on your dmg and other utility.

Edit: For my own pvp troller which is not fire but Ill/storm i'd prolly pick Fire epic or Psi for Psi resist toggle and IW.

I really can't see why these are useless. Ok sure they are less dmg compared to a blaster but there is contaminent to factor in aswell. Maybe for some of the controller pools it's not very good but for a pool like ill i say it's a gift from heaven....RECHARGE timers.

This build is not only a perma domination it's a perma hasten too.

Sure i might have trouble getting some of the enhancements, but i'm making good money and a 400 mill build would be attainable for me.

If you want to hit those 85%+ you have to make some sacrifices. I don't really see a problem having decimation in my dominate since:

1. good pvp'rs carry bf so it's mostly to detoggle or when they run out.

2. Domination is up all the time so it adds 50% hold duration so if i hold them 30 sec or 2 min i don't think it matter as they should be dead within 30 sec or i suck.

3. I'm ice for 2nd pool and have power boost.

And last there there is no hold IO set that offers recharge bonus.

Greetings Heros of all colors. The Paradox is looking for you.

We have recently set up a small base, and we are as of today opening the doors for players with a mature and laid back attitude.

Holding the strings of The Paradox are two experienced mmo-players. We are well past our teens *smiles*, and would prefer the supergroup members to have made it through puberty.

At the moment we are having fun discovering the different aspects of the game. None of our Heros have reached higher than level 22. We first entered Mercy Island only a week ago. (actually we have been playing a few month now and i just copy pasted the old one from villain side which can be found here http://uk.boards.cityofheroes.com/showfl...ge=0#Post921005 )

The idea is in short to make The Paradox a home for Heros who are still in the early phase of unleashing their potential.

We are of course happy to consider Heros of greater power and experience as well, but primarily we want to create a good atmosphere to discover the game in.

There i've succesfully copy pasted the old post and changed a few word from evil to good and villain to Hero

The Paradox actually now have a SG on both sides of Union with "The Paradox" channel so we can communicate with each other no matter what side we are currently playing on and some of our Villains is now nearing 50.

But our values are still the same and is always looking for new friendly faces regardless of faction.

Just a minor update. The Paradox now have a Super Group on Both side of Union with "The Paradox" channel so we can communicate no matter what side our players are currently on.

Our base have gotten quite big due to the hard work of our few members.

We are still looking for more friendly faces to join so we can start some real TF and SF event days soon as one of The Paradox leaders (me *snickers*) is nearing lvl 50 on my 3 week old Dominator

Atm i'm doing vicious or unylding i think it's called on hero side just storming thu missions with super ease. He's Fire/kin btw. And i see no reason not to upgrade it to highest setting once i hit 20/21 and get stamina.

As for pvp with dmg output you just take fire as epic pool and you got dmg spells to chain. Still belive psy based controll powers hold (i made a joke without know i said hold :P ) thier ground better then other power pool mainly because it's easier to get resist to them

I don't like anything my that is not psy based for primary on controller or Dominator for pvp. Simply to easy to resist if not.

But this is a pure pve toon and it works great

Forgot one thing though not related to headline. Does char and ring of fire stack?

As in if i put 2x ring of fire will it cancel the first or both do dmg?

I haven't been able to tell from combat log yet. But it would be nice if it didn't cancelt the first and just did 2x ring of fire dmg so i wouldn't have to stand and wait.

ahh well this is just for my pve farming toon so yay

hehe you can actually pvp with fire?(mind/ice and ill/storm are my pvp toons)

It says i can slot acc in it but i haven't found any place where it has a base acc not even in mids and i've never seen it miss.
