Your character as a P&P character?

Just as the title says, what'd your character be like if statted in a pen and paper roleplaying system? You can use any applicable one that you can accurately roll your character in. For instance, I'll be using Mutants and Masterminds in this example for my electric Blaster, Fusebox. A fun little exercise for those who have access to various rulesets, and something I enjoy. Will do Nene soon and others of mine.

Fusebox:
Level 10, Medium Size

STR: 14 (+2) (Fuse is a fairly strong girl, from her gymnastics, weight training and generally keeping fit.)
DEX: 18 (+4) (A gymnast since a young age, Hannah is very nimble, agile and flexible, giving her great dexterity.)
CON: 11 (0) (A little more robust than other teens from her heroing career, but nothing super-human.)
INT: 20 (+5) (Hannah is a bright young woman, who is very skilled in a number of areas of science, technology and computers.)
WIS: 10 (0) (Hannah's wise in some situations, but still a little naive and unsure of herself in others.)
CHA: 16 (+3) (Hannah's an attractive, nice and polite girl, and is fairly charismatic.)

SAVING THROWS
Toughness: 0 (Hannah isn't that tough, so injuries can still affect her.)
Fortitude: 0/4 (Though her heroing and general bill of good health has given her some immunity and resistence.)
Reflex: 4/5 (9) (Her gymnastics and skills with FPS games show in her way above averge reflexes.)
Will: 0/3 (Hannah's got some strong will in her, but it can't compare to some of the things that get thrown at her.)

Attack: 8 (Good reflexes and a good eye help Hannah land her attacks)
Defence: 10 (And general nimbleness help her avoid them)
Dodge Bonus: 4 (Even in situations when caught off guard, women's intuition and natrual instincts help steer her right.)

SKILLS
Acrobatics: 12 (16) (Years of Gymnastics have honed her acrobatics to a superb level)
Computers: 14 (20) (And being around computers for most of her life has given her extraordinary talent with them.)
Gather Information: 8 (14) (Plus when you've used the internet as long as Fuse has, you tend to be able to get info quickly.)
Knowledge: Technology: 10 (16) (General tinkering and an innate grasp of electronics helps Fuse know what's what inside a machine.)
Knowledge: Popular Culture: 8 (14) (Internet again, and being your almost average teenage girl lends you lots of information about what's hot and what's not.)
Knowledge: General Sciences: 6 (12) (And having a physicsist and a chemist for parents gave her a natural edge in the sciences.)
Swim: 2 (6) (Living on a tropical island surrounded by water means that Hannah's okay at swiming.)

FEATS

Attractive (+4 Bluff/Diplomacy on those attracted) (Hannah's certainly pretty, and knows how to use it to her advantage.)
Attack Specialization: Ranged (+1 Ranged attack rolls) (Years of flyinging lightning bolts have given her an edge to her ranged blasts.)
Evasion (If Reflex save made against Area effect, no damage)
Evasion 2 (Half Damage on failed save) (Hannah's nimble, and trained in landing and avoiding damage.)
Instant Up (Stand from Prone as free action) (Hannah can also quickly get up thanks to her practices.)
Jack of All Trades (Use any skill untrained, proper tools required.) (Hannah's gifted in most things she tries, and can quickly pick up what to do with the right tools.)
Move-By Action (Can move before and after a standard action as long as distance doesn't exceed total movement range) (Dodging outcasts and being able to blast back is always handy.)
Quick Change
Quick Change 2 (Use of a special type of material lets Hannah shift in and out of costumes with just a surge of electricity.)
Skill Mastery (Computers, Technology, Pop Cult, Sciences) (Hannah's good at what she doesn't know, and what she does, she's great at.)
Well Informed (First time meeting group/person can make Gather INfo check to see if they know anything beforehand.)
(A PDA with Wifi lets Hannah do a quick check on someone, and good memory, being a voracious reader and rather curious means she might just know something about someone.)

POWERS
Absorbtion (Boost): Rank 5 (10 pp cost)
Limited (Electricity) -2 PP per rank
Alternate Power: Absorbtion (Heal) Rank 5
Limited (Electricity)
--------------((Total Cost: 11pp))--------------
((Hannah can draw in electricty from around her to heal quicker than most, or boost her existing powers.))

Electric Control: Rank 10 (20pp cost) ((Hannah can blast out powerful bolts of lightning from her body.))
Alternate Powers:
Datalink: 10 ((She can also directly interface with computers and electronic machinery to manipulate them.))
Strike (Aura, Electrical): 10 ((Or charge her fists and feet with electrical energy to enhance physical attacks.))
Stun: 10 ((A quick surge of electricty can incapacitate many things.))
Snare: 10 ((And a cage of lightning can soon restrain people harmlessly.))
-------------((Total Cost: 21pp))--------------
((Hannah's electrokineticism and cyberpathy lets her use her gifts in a variety of ways.))

Flight: Rank 3 (6pp cost)
-------------((Total Cost 6pp))---------------
((Hannah is able to form an electromagnetic field around her body, propelling her through the air.))

Force Field: Rank 6 ((6pp))
--------------((Total Cost 6pp))-------------
((Hannah can create surging arcs of lightning over her body, able to lessen and deflect incoming attacks.))

Super Sense: Radio ((1pp))
Super Sense: Electricity ((1pp))
-----------((Total Cost 2pp))-----------------
((Hannah is able to see electrical currents naturally, and with practice has learned to be able to discern and tune into communications frequencies, aided by her PDA.))

((you don't need the extra Aura on Strike if you want to have Hannah deal electrical damage when striking. But it's good if you want to simulate CoH's Lightning Field.
You might also link Fatigue or Drain powers with Electrical Control to simulate the END drain of CoH.))

((I'll add a P&P version of Nightschild when I have more time. But a quick question... Is the statted version supposed to be an attempt to directly convert the character's in-game abilities, or is it the way you picture your character being if only you weren't constrained by the game powersets?))

Not completely sure it'd be possible to stat up Miss Ellie; even as a level 20 in M&M. I'm not sure there are enough PP's for all her powers as a triform PB, even ignoring the RP'd extras...

M&M is mising some highly useful features which Champions has for building things like Grav Mistress and multi-form creatures. For all its stunning press, I think GURPS Powers now has a better framework for handling supers than M&M does.

M&M's great advantage is in the gameplay. It's power system is pretty primitive.

M&M is PRIMITIVE!?!? I already have a headache trying to roll up a new char for a campaign Zortel is starting soon, and I had lots of help! God help me if we swap to a more "advanced" system!

GURPS isn't more advanced than M&M. It's just different.
But it isn't the topic of the thread.

You can use any Supers game. I don't think M&M is mandatory.

[/ QUOTE ]

Not what I said. GURPS Powers (the 4th Ed ruleset) has a more flexible power framework. Champions has Power Pools and other such constructs which would make building a kheldian or a magician a lot simpler (it's just that the maths gets a bit more complicated). Doesn't make any of them 'more advanced' it just makes them better for describing some powers, RP'd or in game.

M&M isn't mandatory, but a lot of people have the rules and so they'll actually be able to interpret the decriptions.

I disagree with you but it's not the topic.

Well, I've got a Champions (Hero 5th Ed) version of Shadowe (tucked away somewhere at home, no idea where). I'd say it's probably the best system I've seen for being able to describe powers, multi-form characters with different powers in each form, powers in groups. It's HUGELY flexible. But, as has been said, the maths gets complicated.

The wisdom of Shadowe: Ghostraptor: The Shadowe is wise ...; FFM: Shadowe is no longer wise. ; Techbot_Alpha: Also, what Shadowe said. It seems he is still somewhat wise ; Bull Throttle: Shadowe was unwise in this instance...; Rock_Powerfist: in this instance Shadowe is wise.; Techbot_Alpha: Shadowe is very wise *nods*; Zortel: *Quotable line about Shadowe being wise goes here.*

To clarify, you can either make your character exactly as according to in game, or altered to include any RP'ed powers, such as I have for Hannah's cyberpathy with Datalink, and her ability to see electrical currents with Supersense: Electricity. I forgot to add Drain, as I said it was a quick roll up.

I intend to use White' Wolf's Aberrant (probably sometime tomorrow) for the game stats. This system also has, if you own the Player's Guide as well, the potential to simulate beings of cosmic power at the higher end of the power scale- I hear Floating Fat Man might be in need of such a thing...

RISE UP FROM YOUR GRAAAAAAAAVE!

Blatent thread Necromancy here, as I bring to you the one, the only, Zortel.

A few notes about this build, she's -not quite- complete, seeing as when it came to getting the stats together for her 400 Vigilant constructs she can call onto the field, things get a little messy, and I really need to look in the Ultimate Power book for Mutants and Masterminds to work out Gadgets. But here is the leader of the Unity Vigil in all her overpowered glory (From an intellectual point, anyway.))

Zorielle Mayrianna Rolando
[u]Zortel[u]

Size: Medium
Power Level: 16
Height: 5'9 Weight: 149lbs
Hair Colour: Dark Brown Eye Colour: Brown
Ethnicity: Hispanic-American Age: 37

Identity: Public
Group Affiliation: The Unity Vigil, The New Vigilants. (Formerly affiliated with The Vigil and The Society of the Phoenix.)
Base of Operations: Unity Tower [Skyway City, Astral District] and Rolando Island [South Pacific]

Strength: 12 (+1)
Dexterity: 15 (+2)
Constitution: 11 (0)
Intelligence: 29 (+9)
Wisdom: 23 (+6)
Charisma: 19 (+4)

[ QUOTE ]
As we can see here, Zorielle's a bit fitter and stronger than the average adult, and her reflexes and dexterity have been honed a fair bit. It's when we come to her mental stats that she really shines. Her intelligence goes into the realms of the superhuman, and fortunately has the wisdom from experience and hard learned lessons to balence that off and not overplay her hand. She's a powerful, and attractive woman which shows off in her Charisma score. This one's a leader, alright.

[/ QUOTE ]

Toughness: 12 (With Forcefield and Armour) 2 (with Armour)
Fortitude: 4
Reflex: 8
Willpower: 10

Attack: 7 (10 Ranged)
Defense: 8

[ QUOTE ]
Zorielle's not tough nor resistant without her suit, and she's only got an average fortitude. Reflexes she's better at, and she's got a will of steel, alright. There's a tradeoff on Defense for Toughness, meaning that anything that gets through her force field has to deal with her armour as well, and her attack skills are mainly focused on her blasts.

[/ QUOTE ]

Acrobatics 6, Bluff 12, Computers 11, Concentration 8, Craft Chemicals 13, Craft Electronics 15, Craft Mechanical 15, Craft Structural 10, Diplomacy 11, Disable Device 15, Drive 4, Gather Information 12, Investigate 13, Knowledge: Business 10, Knowledge: Earth Sciences 12, Knowledge: Life Sciences 11, Knowledge: Physical Sciences 15, Knowledge: Technology 15, Knowledge: Tactics 10, Languages: Spanish; French; German; Italian; Portuguese; Mandarin Chinese; Cantonese Chinese; Russian; Japanese; Korean; Esperanto; Latin, Medicine 12, Pilot 4, Profession: Businesswoman 12, Ride 4, Search 13, Sense Motive 10.

[ QUOTE ]
Zorielle's a real polymath and polylinguist. A lot of her ability comes from her high intelligence, wisdom and charisma, meaning that a brush of training here and there can get her fairly proficient in a field, and she's rather skilled with languages too. Her mastery of certain fields as shown in her feats lets her Take 10 on many subjects even in stressful conditions.

[/ QUOTE ]

Accurate Attack, Assessment, Attack Focus (Ranged) 3, Attractive, Benefit: Security Clearance, Benefit: Status, Benefit: Wealth, Connected, Contacts, Defensive Attack, Evasion, Improved Aim, Improvised Tools, Inspire 3, Inventor, Leadership, Master Plan, Precise Shot, Quick Change 2, Set Up, Skill Mastery 2 (Know: Tech, Phys. Science, Disable Device, Computers, Diplomacy, Crft Elec, Crft Mech, Know: Tactics), Teamwork 3, Well-Informed.

[ QUOTE ]
Zortel's attack feats show her as being more of a ranged and defensive attacker, making accurate shots or using her combat abilities to keep on the defensive, all while setting up situations, enacting plans and enspiring teamwork and co-ordination in those around her to take down the enemies. Her benefits reflect her personal wealth, status as a rich businesswoman socialite hero and her clearance on certain issues. Smartweave clothing lets her switch between her costume and regular clothing at will.

[/ QUOTE ]

Communications 10 (Extra: Area, Feats: Selected, Subtle, Dimensional)
Datalink 12 (Feat: Machine Control, Flaw: Limited to Machines connected to her systems, and only when she's jacked into them.)
Mind Shield (Extra: Duration - Continuous.)
Super Senses: Infravision, Microscopic Vision, Ultravision, Time-Sense, Distance Sense, Direction Sense, Ultra-Hearing, Data Display [Take 10 on Gather Information in combat.]

[ QUOTE ]
Through cybernetic upgrades, Zorielle has fortified her senses, mind and added various connectors to herself. An inbuilt communications system lets her communicate across the Unity Vigil Communications Network and then some, and a fiberoptic port in the back of her neck lets her hook herself up to directly control the machines and facilities she builds, but only them. Psionic Shielders prevent mental intrusion to all but the strongest attempts, and her retinal and corneal implants provide boosted vision and a heads up display to relay information to her. Access to BODICIA, the Unity Vigil's AI lets her have Data Display appear on situations she faces, letting her gather information and apply it as needed.

[/ QUOTE ]

Device - Zortel Suit: Hard to Lose, Restricted to Zorielle Rolando
Flight 5 (250 MPH top speed)
Blast 10 (Accurate, 6 Alternate Powers)
Blast - Explosion 5
Blast - Cone 5
Blast - Burst 5
Blast - Autofire 5
Blast - Burst, Tiring 10
Strike 4 (Mighty, Linked to: Stun 4)
Concealment 2 (Visual, Passive)
Force Field 10 (Impervious)
Immunity: All Suffocation, Limited Cold, Limited Heat, Limited Starvation and Thirst, Limited Radiation.
Protection 2 (Impervious)
Teleport 8 (Flaw: Limited (Only to Unity Tower, Vigilance Tower, Rolando Island.)
Super Strength 1

[ QUOTE ]
And the Zortel suit itself. This gives her most of her combat abilities. The suit provides some basic protection from attacks and environmental conditions, and a rebreather in the mask aids in hazardous environments. Capable of flight and with servomotors to aid her strength, it can also fire a wide range of blasts, including a powerful one that can depleate the suits energy reserves for a while. Along with thermoptic camoflauge, the suits energy arrays can be redirected to allow a near impenetrable bubble of force to surround Zorielle in dire situations.

[/ QUOTE ]

[ QUOTE ]
She should have lots of Equipment ranks to symboilze her army of constructs, the Vigilants, her two towers and island base, her armour plated car and the Unity Wing jet that the group uses, which would push her power level even higher. Perhaps another day.

[/ QUOTE ]

Complication: Accidents (Zorielle sustained severe injuries in the first Rikti war, that lead to her having a hysterectomy.)
Complication: Enemies (She's made a lot of enemies in all fields during her time, from Countess Crey to the Shadow Cabinet, and even some heroes.)
Complication: Fame (Being a former CEO of a high profile tech company, the leader of a large supergroup, openly lesbian and a hero for 6 years does it's thing to someone's fanbase.)
Complication: Obsessions (Zorielle has a lot of obsessions, some that may get her into trouble someday. Some things really shouldn't be built.)
Complication: Responsibility (Zori feels responsible for all of the Unity Vigil, their family, the New Vigilant members and their family, her own, her children and her friends. All that weighs heavy on someone's mind, and causes her to be very generous. Some would say she even uses her wealth and power to bribe or overwhelm people into doing her work.)
Complication: Rivalry (Mrs Rolando and Countess Crey loathe each other with a passion. Get two, powerful and intelligent women in the same room, and sparks are going to fly. Just not in the way they did with Zorielle's partner.)
Complication: Secret (Zorielle has many a secrets, things she's done, involved in or made that she'd rather people not know about. Some she'd rather forget herself.)

And a selection of quotes from the woman herself:

"We'll make today better, for a brighter tomorrow."

"I'd love to stay and answer questions, but I'm rather busy with being a hero and a parent."

"I'm suspicious of myself at times, it helps keep me on my toes."

"The world isn't ready for all I can bring it. One day in the future, maybe. But now?"

"I am a problem solver. And a problem creator. I solve those problems too. It keeps me occupied."

I would love to make one of Walter Steamworth, but having never played a P&P game ( I can't find anybody in my area who does) but always wanted to, I wouldn't know how to begin really. I could just take somebodies already completed one and replace the things inside with Walter's own details, but somehow I think that wouldn't work, since there's bound to be way more options that would apply to him that I don't know about.
If it's really complicated and not worth an explanation for Walter (His wiki is in my sig if you want an overview of him) then just say so.

Well recently Fans changed a lot, so I think i'll do her as she's grasping her new powers, and is still a bit combat shy!

Fukada Kumiko

Hair Colour: Black
Eye Colour: Brown
Ethnicity: Japanese
Age: 16

Identity: Public
Group Affiliation: White Cat

Strength: 30 (+10)
Dexterity: 14 (+2)
Constitution: 20 (+5)
Intelligence: 12 (+1)
Wisdom: 10 (+0)
Charisma: 16 (+3)

[ QUOTE ]
Well Kumi is nothing if not strong and tough! Reflected here in the massive Strength and Con scores, she can shrug off a fair bit and really lay someone out if needed. She's still young, so she's not that world wise or educated. Her charms gotten her where she is today and she gets along with people fairly easily hence a high Charisma!

[/ QUOTE ]

Toughness: 5
Fortitude: 10
Reflex: 4
Willpower: 6

Attack: 8
Defense: 8

[ QUOTE ]
A great fortitude reflects Kumi's ability to throw off nearly any personal problems. Her will is fair, but not amazing. She's not that light on her feet with her new body, thus a poor reflex save ,her speciality is more in recovering from blows than ducking them for now.

[/ QUOTE ]

Acrobatics 6, Bluff 3, Climb 10, Computers 11, Diplomacy 4, Gather Information 7, Intimidate 11, Investigate 5, Knowledge: Life Sciences 7, Knowledge: Technology 5, Knowledge: Popular Culture 13, Languages: Japanese; Korean, Notice 4, Profession: Internet Sensation 10, Search 5, Sense Motive 4.

[ QUOTE ]

Kumi's got a fair set of skills, but the only thing she really excels it are Computers, Being a Scary Girl with her new powers, asking around her numerous contacts for information and Pop Culture!

[/ QUOTE ]

Quick Change, Equipment, Fearsome Presence(3), All out Attack, Acrobatic Bluff, Power Attack, Die Hard, Contacts, Connected, Attractive

[ QUOTE ]
Kumi's got plenty of people to pump for information or call in favours, from the media to Hero Corp friends hence having both Contacts and being Connected. Attractive is actually more well... Adorable! Resist the cute you cannot. Diehard represents her total unwillingness to stay down, she's just going to keep coming. Fearsome Presence is her Cloak of Fear, it'll scare the lowly Villains, but anyone with real courage will likely ignore it. If you're wondering why Quick Change is the first Feat I picked, clearly you've not been paying attention!

[/ QUOTE ]

Immunity 1 (Pain)
Flight 7 (100 Mph Top Speed)
Strike 3 (Mighty)
Strike 6 (Aura)
Regeneration 21(4 Ressurection, 3 Bruised and Injured, 6 Injured or Staggered, 6 Disabled. Extras: Persistent, Regrowth.)

Equipment
Mobile Phone (3)
Camera
Laptop

[ QUOTE ]
Kumi's not got the widest array of powers yet, but her regeneration is truly disgusting. Coming back from the dead every hour and with actual injury she'll heal shortly after taking it and it's requires some seriously big hit to put her down as anything else she'll just recover from with ease. She can even regrow limbs and cure normally incurable damage, IC it's never been damage shields, but an incredible healing factor! The only thing that'll kill her deader than dead is atomization. Also her Death shroud is shown here, allowing her to deal damage every time someone even touches her. She's got a claim to a few other powers, but ill let her actually get them in game before putting them there. Also yes, that is right, three mobile phones she's sponsored by Virizon.

[/ QUOTE ]

Weakness: Concentrated Energy (Moderate, Very Common. Fans own powers are to destroy energy, so a big chunk of it can overload her, which hurts like hell!)
Complication: Fame (Fans is pretty well known by now and it makes keeping her Private life private all the more challenging.)
Complication: Reputation (Being a bit of a figure of light hearted fun many people have difficulty taking her seriously)
Complication: Responsibility (Fans is expected to complete her jobs on time and efficiently, regardless of moral questioning!)

So that's the new Fanservice! Quotes? Well there can only really be one...

Hi! I'm Fanservice!

Strong, fast, fit. Ryan's been working out for several years now, from his time in Juvvie and his on the streets living with the Outcasts, but moreso from his training with the Unity Vigil. His strength, endurance and agility have been pushed to the limits of his form. A lack of high school education and his somewhat impulsive nature put his Wisdom and Intelligence at standard levels, but his time in the Unity Vigil is helping to enhance that. His Charisma though is through the roof. He's confident, attractive, and has quite a way with people. Especially the ladies. There's also that loveable charm to him.

A mixture of training from the Unity Vigil, his love of the performing arts (Come on, he's got to show off his skills somehow, and he's become quite the dancer) have given him a fairly rounded, if somewhat average set of skills. Zorielle has given him training in diplomacy (Which includes outright lying and the occassional bit of intimidation), and together with BODICIA's help with some technology and his flair for dramatics, he's become fairly adept at donning various disguises.

The Unity Vigil's intensive training program shows here with his mix of combat talents, utilizing his speed and interpersonal skills. His past with the Outcasts has set him up for being fairly adept at taking them down too.

[ QUOTE ]
Ryan's powers come from his ability to speed up molecules, including his super speed. In fact, you could say that his pyrokinetic powers were an offshoot of his ability to speed up his own body, and not the other way around. Of course, it's a little hard to throw fire while moving so quickly.

His powers can manifest in a variety of ways, from blasts of fire and explosions, to blades made out of pure fire. Ryan's trained extensively over the past two years to be the best that he can with mastering his abilities.

With concentration, he can draw energy from sources of fire to renew his own strength, and with even more concentration he can become immune to sources of great heat and some coldness, being able to walk through a raging inferno and come out unscathed. His molecular control abilities even come to speeding up his body so fast he can phase through objects, though anything that can slow this molecular vibration down can affect him still, along with mental attacks.

He can even create objects of pure fire, manipulating the flames and crafting things, though animating said objects are beyond him. Finally, with a burst of fire he can dazzle a group of people to gain the upper hand.

Super-Sense: Data Display, Direction Sense, Distance Sense, Infravision, Low Light Vision, Time Sense
Mind Shield 5

[ QUOTE ]
Like Zortel, Ryan has gone through some cybernetic upgrades to increase his vision and provide a HUD for data to be beamed to him. A more limited psionic shield has been fitted too, to guard his mind from some of the powers of his students.

[/ QUOTE ]

Equipment: New Vigilants Armour, Commlink, PDA.

Complication: Enemies (The Outcasts don't really wish Ryan well, and the Four Seasons Five, Ryan's former gang, -really- loathe him.)
Complication: Fame (Ryan, apart from being a teenage hero in the papers, has appeared in plays and on popular teen TV shows. This boy has fansites in his name, and people write stories about him... all kinds of sometimes odd, disturbing stories.)
Complication: Prejudice (People -can- still be homophobic. Especially TV personalities like Gary Judge, and the idiots at the New Inqurier.)
Complication: Responsibility (Not only does he have a responsibility to his students and friends, but to his boyfriend as well.)
Complication: Secret (Said boyfriend being the son of Gary Judge.)
Complication: Women (Women seem to have this odd thing of falling in love with the boy they can't have. He doesn't help this issue much by going out to dinner and on 'not-dates' with them.)
Complication: Hatred (Ryan has... issues with the Skulls, Trolls and Family. Or more to the point, the Superadine they supply.)
Complication: Loss (Ryan lost his parents in a road traffic accident, and his younger brother to drugs. He still feels responsible in both cases.)

And now for some quotes!

"New Vigilants, move out!"

"Hey girls, no need to rush. Or, uh, get into catfights."

"Dude, totally. I was all like that, and they just couldn't compare!"

"I'm Cindersnap, these are the New Vigilants, and you've got a cell with your name on down the Zig. Let's roll."

"Do you know what they write about me on 'City of Eros'?! I do! I don't want to know! But I do... hey, some of it's quite good, actually."

I tried to make up my Pocket D RP character Ice Virus, but my mastery of M&M is at best poor so forgive any errors and miscalculations etc. Oh and thanks to Zortel who's post I copied as frame work for my own, I hope you can forgive that little theft

For the record she is a level 30 corruptor (Ice/Traps) - Power pool: Flight, Fitness.

Ice Virus (Yes this IS her name)

Size: Medium
Power Level: 12
Height: 5'2'' Weight: 135 lbs
Hair Colour: Varied usually dark colours Colour: Bright Blue, Bright Red or Bright Green, no matter colour her eyes are solid and glowing.
Ethnicity: Cyborg Age: 3 (Conscious)

Identity: Public
Group Affiliation: None.
Base of Operations: Sharkshead Isle

Strength: 10 (+0)
Dexterity: 16 (+3)
Constitution: 13 (+1)
Intelligence: 18 (+4)
Wisdom: 9 (-1)
Charisma: 16 (+3)

[ QUOTE ]
Ice virus is gifted with enhanced coordination ability and a superior reasoning through her cybernetic nature, however Ice Virus isn't the most attentive person and lacks somewhat in common sense. She doesn't possess superior training rather her slightly above average endurance comes from the artificial tissue. Ice Virus has a somewhat stronger then normal personality and far from always for the better, generally she is good at invoking a reaction from those around her.

Attack: +6 (+9 ranged / +6 melee)
Defense: +7 (+4 base / +3 Dex)

Toughness: +9 (+8 base / +1 con)

[ QUOTE ]
Combat training have never been part of her life, but she posses some basic combat procedures in her memory giving her a limited ability to defend or attack, they have been improved to a degree through her life in the rogue isles but she is not a major combatant by any means.

[ QUOTE ]
Build in routines and procedures makes her able to work with technological advanced devices and she is a wiz at dealing with computers again a present of her nature, she has also have a extensive build in archive dealing with legal matters. her natural ability to partly change her appearance give her an excellent ability to disguise herself further enhanced by training and programming, a bit mischievous by nature has provided her a gift for so called "slight of hand" tricks pocket items and the like without people spotting her as well as running various other con tricks through misdirection, lying or sweet talking. Finally Ice is a natural when it comes to gymnastic and acrobatics further enhanced by her computer half, one of the few times she is truly graceful, the next moment she might attempt to sneak away just to fall over the only rock within sight.

Redirect, Assessment, Environmental Adaption (cold), Instant up, Inventor, Taunt, Eidetic Memory, Jack-of-all-trade.

[ QUOTE ]
Build to function in a polar environment cold has little effect on her and a perfect memory through her computer gives her ability to remember selective knowledge without flaw and enables her to take on any task regardless if she has the required training or not, As a none combat cyborg her ability to [censored] her opponent or appear a non essential target is alpha and omega in the living conditions of the rogue isles.

Morph 3 (Action: Full, Dur: Continuous, Limited (1pp))
- ice virus is able to change her skin to any color, but it is never shaded and always appear artificial, she is also able to change her hair style, forgive or length at will as well as change the LED lit circuitry under her skin (these to Bright Rd, Blue or Green and includes the eyes).

Force Field Generator 10 (Action: Full, Area: 50 feet, Selective, Range: personal, Dur: 20 min).
- Destructible: Toughness 10
- Ice Virus is able to create a force field generator to protect her and her allies, the generator includes a simple AI with and Friend and Foe routine. The Drone follows close behind her till it falls apart as the nanites from Ice Virus blood dies and the structure falls apart.

Create Matter 5 (Range: Touch, Duration 1 hour, Precise, Subtle, Equipment (50point), Duration: 1 hour)
- Able to create temporal constructs with the nanites that flows through her blood, she is never without the right tool for a job, while the devices cannot be massive or large, they are able to duplicate almost anything including mechanical devices (say a lighter, explosives (land mines or plastic explosives for example) or whatever her heart desire, while there is a limit to how much at once and what this is the core of her power giving her a wide range of options.

Blast - Ice 6 (Range 60 feet)
- The core of her offensive ability, a powerful blast of cold. The power works by creative a strong force field in which all thermal and kinetic energy is drained from inside the globe and stored in the field's hind potion, the globe is then projected towards the target the force field shatters on impact super cooling the target crystalizing the surface, the stored energy is then released as kinetic energy. These attacks are quite draining for Ice Virus, but not enough to hamper her except in long fights.

Device 3 - Rocket Boots (Hard to loose, fly 500 mph)
- Bought and paid for, Ice Virus had a local doctor (Doctor Buzzsaw) to create her a pair of rocket boots enabling her to fly across the sky.

Complication: Enemy: Ice Virus escaped from her "captivity" from her creators, they surely want her back.
Complication: Infame: Escaping from her captives caused several of the scientists to end up dead who killed them? the authorities says Ice Virus did and she doesn't deny or confirm.
Complication: Prejudice: Ice Virus is strange at best, her skin completely replaced, her manners a little off and other signs of her cybernetic nature puts more then a few off.
Complication: Temper: Ice Virus is not the most patient of people when it comes to others especially those interfering, interfering can include saying hi to those she is talking to at the moment. While she isn't violent she lash out verbally and often completely refuse to talk to either person until she has cooled down. But her temper also stretches to those who makes jabs at her nature or makes apparent (to her) derogating comments like calling her doll (a doll is a mindless robot).
