i was on holiday when the last raid happened
so i'll deffo try to be attend this one 
i'll probably bring Battle Medic
Unfortunately, once again, the raid is on a week when I'm on late shift (I alternate early/ late btw). Last raid I finished work at 9 pm, rushed home and logged on with toon left at the Hive door. Tragically the 'Union Badgehunter' channel was full of people discussing the various merits of the Hami-O's they had got.
blast.
Three options.
a. have a raid 3 weeks after next one.
b. have a raid later in evening.
c. I try to set up a public raid myself. (gulp)

And that is why the devs created respecs - for when you've gimped your build so badly, that you get killed by a -3 Rikti Monkey... (and I bet someone has actually done that)
Last raid we had a Illusion/empath troller who initially insisted on being a healer in the tank taunt team, rather than joining the PA or holding team.
So if they intended to just heal they would have needed their own brawl phase, hehe.
I happened to spot them and Lost persuaded them to join the PA team.

it was very unessecary since we had 2 teams of healers anyway
