I don't have any Acc/Mez, I wouldn't swap any Acc/Dam, and I'm not a man.

Actually, that HO works better in powers like Parry or Divine Avalance since the way the game calculates buffs and debuffs is all weird. In fact, the debuff HOs actually give MORE +defence than the buff HOs.
