Soloing Mayhem Missions with Stalkers
I hide around a corner in the vault and wait for the hero to come down the lift/round the corner, so i can see him and he cant see me, then i storm around the corner posible hitting build up but maybey saving it for a few secs dependign on my much time i have, crit him/her with something other than AS ur most powerful single taget atack, build up placate as, or normal atack and scrap the rest.
I am katana so i can scrap abit, but as an EM u should stun though that and the lown minin should be to much hassle.
hot that helps
p.s when u get energy tranfer u wont worry about AS some dont even use it. not 2 lvls but there is hope
In addition to the above post.
Clear the vault area as best you can too.
Try sticking to Villainous difficulty setting til your Regen pool gets the tasty hp replenishing powers or the ones you have are nicely slotted at least!
I have a Stalker, they can be soloed.
Another cheeky tip is to get the mission, level, then do it as the spawns will now be that much lower

Most of the safes will be on a differing floor as well so you'll have the perfect area to Ambush, especially if you stick a Device or Pet there to gain aggro first.
Your Pocket Rad'n'Go always helps.(Shivan)
Reg stalkers suck at Mayhems tbh once a few mobs come in and start shooting your hit points disappear faster than ear plugs at a James Blunt concert. Best way for a stalker to solo mayhems is not be hit and for that you need a defence based secondary. The whole Aggro'd mobs see through hide just makes a stalkers life a misery.
I didn´t have any problems with my resistance-based dark/dark stalker so far in mayhem missions... except that one in Steel Canyon where a bug caused the Longbow spawn just before entering the bank to grow from the normal two opponents to the astonishing sight of one flamethrower and twenty-four(!) eagles (four groups, each consisting of six eagles, all auto-aggroed on my poor self).
But it´s true: Your survivability in a mayhem mission increases greatly as soon as you get Placate. Besides that it´s a question of powers taken and if you know the art of repeatedly critting from hide.
If it has eyes, you can blind it, if it has blood, you can make it bleed, if it has a mouth, you can make it scream.

pfft, my /regen hasn't died while solo on these yet.
Admittedly, found this harder on my stalk than on my MM.
OP, take some greens too

I just hate it when you go into the mayhem mission and all the longbow start whining about stalkers
My lvl 39 SR does Mayhems on Relentless and dances around Longbow laughing at their pitiful attacks, hides in plain site then AS's them.

That, I belive, is no bug, but what happens if you take to the skies, ie fly or superjump to the bank.
Yup, if you're over certain height, you'll spawn eagles. Twenty four of them for a solo player however.... Shouldn't be that much, if you ran straight towards the bank.
As a level 40 claw/regen stalker I have more problems handling the 10+ longbow that charge in at the same time, taking down the hero seems easy in comparrison using focus/shockwave to keep him knocked down while killing any other mobs and then just placate/AS then scrap it out.
Another option is once you zone into the mission, head straight into the police staion and down the lift, kill the boss/lieut/minion that are there and then break out the boss (silent blade i think) you now have a very nice tough pet. Altough the pet does stop randomly to attack any objects on the map, it makes a great distraction when fighting all the bosses in the mission.

What happens if you're just very tall?
All righty, I got a little EM/Reg Stalker (L10).
I expected it to be mostly like a Blapper with excellent status protection and hide, with the criticals at the end. That kinda captured it and allowed me to get smoothly through missions solo and on teams.
BUT: On Bank heists the stalker displays his full portfolio of squishiness:
- I get to the bank, quietly and unseen, maybe earning the occasional +30seks for "Resisting Arrest"
- I get inside the bank an manage to deal with the Longbow add quite ok, with a little inspi burning.
- I ghost to the safe, get it open and manage to deal with the cop add coming to get me.
And now it gets ugly: Enter a sole hero accompanied by one Longbow unit. The hero himself wouldn't be to big a problem, IF I didn't have all his AGGRO and there was no way of dropping it except dying.
All right, if you do the above swiftly you can easily break out of jail and return to the hero who then is unaggroed and can be easily Buildup+ASed.
Is there any way to avoid this one apparently inevitable death?
Will Placate help? I could live with "everything getting better in 2 Levels"...
How do you solo Bank Robberies with Stalkers?
Thanks for the advice!
