He changed the pass, so i couldnt log in, the [censored]. Anyway, i got a trial code and im back for now, till i get my old account back, my global is @Raging Starlet if anyone wants to add me.
I know that it happens when someone else logs in, but he said he had cancelled the account, so could that have caused it?

Nope... that ONLY happens when someone logs onto the account whilst you are logged on.
Who's details are on the account btw? If they are yours (on off chance as sounds like his) then you can take control of the account no matter if he changes the password.

Nah the account was orignally his, i got hooked and well, Purples and myself used it more, he then opened a second account for himself, the 2 accounts were linked.

Hmm I've had a few problems with trusting someone with my account, if hes changed the pass, not much you can do really. If the email registered with the main account is one you can access u can change the password.
If you need help with anything else, dont hesitate to call.

Just to clarify a few things, Chris gave me the account, he gave me the pass on the promise that i would now pay for the account myself, which i am now doing. He has now informed plaync that the account is his and wishes it to be removed from me, but im sure i can count on you guys to help me out here by saying who has played the chars on this account since it was opened May 2005. I've worked hard on all of my toons, i dont want to lose them.

I for one don't believe the account should be taken away on personal differences that could be resolved other ways, PS has worked hard on her account, it shoudn't be taken away on the grounds of the said person being spiteful..

If you've changed the billing details of the account to your credit card instead of his, then the account should be yours - end of story.

An account with 6 50s taken away by someone who dosn't even play anymore , tis madness I tell ya. Both Starlet and Purples have put there time into those toons and it would be a great shame to see them taken away like this. - AMD
I agree with the supportive comments, and this is nothing more than spiteful.
However, if PlayNC insist on taking the account from you I wonder if there is a way they could transfer the toons to new one, or is he likely to be so spiteful that he'd object to that as well?
Besides, can't see him geting the friendliest of receptions if he ever choose to play the account anyway.

Aye I;ve mentioned that one in lengthy talks with Angie, its a simple "create new master account" "move details to new account" as the server and whatnot doesnt change, jsut what holds the minor accounts. Little strain on the DB I think.. so I do not see a problem with it.
As to whether PlayNC will do that remains to be seen. They're policy robbed me of a 50 and my mains on CoV already (alt account) due to a bank screw up. My faith in them is.. dimished.. even if they are doing they're job, they still cost me the account and 30 days I added to it after they closed it, then RE closed it.
considering myself a friend of Starlet AND her son (Purples) i'll be ranting my behind off if the account gets taken away, i assure you that....

Apart from the fact that functionality could be used for powerlevelling services, or that they (NC) probably don't want to be involved in a custody battle (I'm sure it must have happened before), no reason at all.
If the guy's name is on the master account, unless he's prepared to be reasonable then I think you're SOL. While I do sympathise, if this is the worst stunt he pulls then you're probably very lucky (I've seen a number of divorces where one side - or the other - turns into a flaming [censored] and it never ends amicably).
That said, I hope you do manage to get it resolved amicably.
