Anyone have Leadership pool?

One problem Pious, with getting Stamina, if you're a "hands on" MM; you'd have to pick two of Sprint, Hurdle and Health.

I don't see any real situation where Sprint and Hurdle would be preferable.

My MM has tp as primary travel power, even a little bit of extra from swift and hurdle help inside instance missions.

PvP is an obvious case in which these 2 are preferable. And even for PvE, remember that for squishies the +regen gain is minimal: during a 20 second fight, you go from regaining 8% of your health, to 14% (and that's with 3 SOs). It's simply much more effective to use a heal if you have one (since the OP is /Dark).

I actually respecced out my Empty Clips (leaving me with just Dual Wield) because it was taking my endurance down too much when I did use it, and my MM rarely gets much chance to attack with pistols anyway (too busy using Darkest Night/Twilight Grasp/Fearsome Stare/etc). While the pistol powers look cool, I'm not really thinking that a bit of extra smashing/lethal is gonna make much difference on top of the 6 pets I already have. Buffs and debuffs on the other hand...

One question, why does any MM have attacks in high lvls, it does next to [censored] damage and gets aggro for the MM?

Ok having not looked at the boards for a few days so this will address various things:

1) Attacks at high levels are not worth it IMO. I understand picking them at low levels to help out with only 2 or 3 henches but after 20 I dont rate them.

2) For the OP who asked this question originally I will say that if you are not picking up leadership thats fine but the buffs of enforcers have some drawbacks:

a) Dont buff your teamamtes or you
b) You dont get any of the other benefits of leadership like +per from tactics which means you will not have fun fighting Knives of Artimis or Archanos or Longbow at high levels. Out of these Knives are the worst due to the caltrops which can cause henches to run and not do as you command.

3)If you are getting stamina health is better than swift or hurdle as MM's have a psudoe res of 75% when 6 pets in bodyguard mode. Swift is useful but you will be leaving your henches behind more often and therefore out of bodyguard and supremacy range which means you become very squishy and your henches become abosolutely stupid.

Does an MM really need stamina, mine isnt going to have any attacks really apart from dark miasma powers e.g. Feasome stare.

Is it better to just get other powers instead?

My Opinion is no dont need stamina, there is a post about this on this page titled is the MM the only AT that doesnt need stamina.

My views along with those of others are expressed in that thread. There are good points about the advantages and disadvantages in the thread so why not have a look.

[/ QUOTE ]You go /dark without stamina, good luck trying to solo harder EB's.

[/ QUOTE ]Anything that tends to kill lots of your henches, resummoning and buffing mid-battle is a real endurance killer.

I found Ballista 1 to be one of the harder EB's so far with my MM.

I found it the hardest overall with my toon.

Ballista-1 cost me two trips to the hospital but I managed to solo him.

In the end the trick was to kill all the goons around him and then Poison him to death whilst he took his time killing the Posse from a Gangwar. Having my Thugs spread out helped too as its his AoE attacks that are the killer.

I've found that the Posse tend to get distracted by weaker mobs leaving the EB's to turn their focus on your minions. Sometimes you have to kill the minions first and then beat a hasty retreat and return when the EB is on his own and you've resummoned your mins.

God bless Gangwar, I love that power, although I find less use for it now I have my Bruiser.

Ballistas, Infernal and other EBs (/AVs) with high-damage AoEs, especially if they are ranged rather than PBAoEs...

I have been happily taking down several EBs solo (on Vicious) with my Thugs MM but, for example, Infernal 1-shotted me last night (pets were set to attack him rather than be bodyguards. Oops.) But even against high-level longbow (flamethrowers in particular) you can run into problems with losing pets, especially the 1st tier ones.

And, as has just been said, re-summoning and buffing mid-combat is a _real_ endurance drain.
