I've got a Stone/Stone as well and the Mace scales for size, so when you granite it gets BIGGER, lol, and looks cool. 
Depends how you are going to play or if you want to stick to concept. I chose Mace because I PvP and the Web Grenades are useful for stopping people running/jumping/flying.
Well brutes don't exactily get the best of the PPP do they?
Anyway I jsut usually pick the one that fits the theme best, so for my brute I'm gonig with ghost widow. Plus for PvE I get a pet that does toxic damage.
Was wondering the same for my Dark/Dark brutes, was thinking of going Dark (it is after all the characters theme) but they are all pretty poor (especially when compared to corrupters PPP).
Ppp for Brutes are rubbish and when the free respec you get for finishing your patron arc is working il shall be loosing mine.
actually the brute is the only alt I have that actually gains something usefull from his patron powers. I've taken two, I cant find two powers in a set for any of my other alts that I want.

Well. What Pet do i get in Black scorpion Patron set??
Cant i chose all powers or only one??
Its just like the Epics, from lvl41 you can pick the first one, the last 1 require as least 2 other powers to be taken first.

From Black Scorpion you can get the robotic department of arachnos. Each archetype gets a different one, so here they are;
Brutes: Arachnobot Blaster
Corruptors: Arachnobot Disruptor
Stalker: Spiderlings (yes i know they are puny, but u get 5 of em)
Dominators: Toxic Tarantula
Masterminds: None (obviously)
Arachnobot Blaster, 
the arachnobot blaster may be a lietenant level pet but has very nice dmg potential if proporly enhanced, not 2 mention its excellent KB on bosses, i would suggest this pet to any brute.

I belive it is Black Scorpions but some saying it is no "perfect" patron power set for brutes. But iam asking in here anyway. So what Patron is the best for Stone/stone brute??
