Mkay ill try 2 be there,i still dont know the time difference lol between am or pm and my country doh...
but i made it on 2 other hami raids so i probably be there.
is my glowing eyes aura a problem also? cause its not really an aura imo?
and im defenetly broke... [gave it all away, and need sum inf hunts lol]
but this DawgZ is up for it anywayz!
Anything under the "Aura" option in the costume creator counts as an aura. It doesn't matter where it is, it's more stuff for the game engine to draw and therefore causes more lag.
I will be there.
I won't be doing the 'everyone get out of bubble after mitos stage and stand around while there is general confusion about what is going on' stage.
I plan just to start the hold phase while non-holders just clock up 1 hit then move out of the bubble.
There is no chance of getting Hami down to 75% point while this take splace and its unneccessary and confusing to people.

Even though what you say may make sense you still shouldn't take it upon yourself to do your own thing during the raid. One person not following the raid leader's directions leads to more people not doing it too. Even though it may be a little frustrating for some people it's best if everyone follows the raid plan.

The reason we're doing the "everyone out of the bubble" thing is remove every possible additions to lag in the jelly while the holding team is going at it. That's why Novocaine runs around killing everyone with Hami's AoE who may have lagged out or something else.
Please follow the raid plan....makes it easier on everyone

No, you got it wrong - I'm not saying people not holding should remain inside the bubble during the hold phase. I'm saying that everyone should take the 3 seconds it takes to clock a hit on Hami then get out of the bubble so the holders can do that phase.
At the moment, you have people not knowing whether they should go in or out, hit Hami or not.
How do you explain to people that don't hit Hami becasue they are confused and get out of the bubble when people say so only to find that they don't get the Hami-o as they have not clocked up the kill. regardless of the guides etc, there will always be people who either get confused or have not the guide.
Its far easier just to let people clock the kill and get out the bubble instead of all the to-ing and fro-ing.

"A Scrapper is a lot like a chainsaw. Somewhat hard to handle, incredibly dangerous, and by far the most fun when wielded by the slightly insane."
The reason it is done like that is so that less people are firing stuff off at once so there is less lag and we don't all die.
If you don't have the pull out and re-entry you get a bunch of plonkers who just lay into it with their scrappers, causing lag and a potential failier.
I wait with bated breath to see how you intend to survive the "hami tank stops taunting so all plonkers unable to follow simple instuctions die" phase.

I'd say 'tough'. Should have listened to Xanthus when he clearly says for everyone to hit Hami.
If they're not paying attention to Xan, then it's their own fault.

[/ QUOTE ]IMO, people who don't even take the effort of reading a guide or listening to the instructions don't DESERVE a reward.
Talking of rewards, what's the Prestige or Influence socre you get from the Hamidon?

Totally agree. It doesn't take long to read the guide, and the raids would go alot smoother if everyone read it.
And if people were on TS, Empath. :P
Fantastic Job everyone, down in about an hour, not bad,not bad at all.

I couldn't follow the guide as I had no mental frame of reference. I did start to, but my brain wasn't working. What I did instead was to follow the very clear instructions in purple on request channel. I didn't have a single problem with them, and have nothing but respect for the organisers. If people followed them as they came up there wouldn't be a problem at all.

didnt want to spend so much inf, and didnt have the Inf for it,also after the raid it means i had to change my cossie back again, and that costs Inf again, this is not to whine, but more to get the same old discussion going again on WHY does it cost so much at the tailor?,i think this needs a change.
make a hami raid cossie will people say,and im planning on this but i didnt do my 4th cossie mish yet and i like my other 3 as they are,and i dont wanna change 1 every time because of a raid.
i know u wanted to give inf for the aura change wen needed but what if 20 peeps come to ask for inf because of that? its gonna cost a lot because peeps want there aura back 2 after the raid...
thats why i think the costs at the tailor are to much expensive....

Simple solution, like i did on my fire/emp controller..
last cossie slot = Hami Cossie (no more/no less), I don't need 4 cossies on toons, so it's an easy street to go down.
