Hmmm...I think Superspeed is the only one that would fit (reasonably) with Angel's natural origin concept - I was actually half thinking about sacrificing it for swift as that could more reasonably pass as a "natural" ability, but I could imagine this would lead to frustration among teammates (who already have to wait quite a lot each time Angel gets lost 
)

Maybe fly for a travel power and recall friend for ressurecting people? you could say you are bringing them back from the brink of death and it only works on departing souls hence why you can't tp.
Blitz has very few super human mutations that are visible but one of them is his super human classed agility, so super jump all the way!
Manolith being superstrong will probably be jumping at 14. Superspeed might be an option though as his enormous rocky hide will take some pushing to get off the ground.

I've had another look at the teams and this seems to be it so far. I could really do with some confirmation and clarification from Jay-C and Leygran(if you can get on the forum). Until I find out more about Charlie Team I'll just consider it provisional.

I'm looking for two volunteers to organise this kind of thing if I'm ever unavailable. It's no problem if I can't make the session but at least in the early stages I think it's best to have the teams organised.
I was thinking of three team leaders for this Thursday:
Alpha: Diamondskin
Bravo: Extrisity(Let's give the kid a try)
Charlie: Blitz Arrow
Obviously, due to Charlie being under strength and absence there'll be some shuffling around for the session. You're all still in your original teams as regards long term organisation though.

Lev 7 was the max agreed for Thursday but some people are lev 8; it's no problem as far as I'm concerned. It's still worth keeping a max lev though otherwise people would be lev 10 and higher. Yes we have rules but mixing them with enjoyment is important too as far as I'm concerned--if you're having a great time it seems a shame to have to log for the sake of a lev. Just try to "play the game" so to speak.

Very nice with the flexible approach - missioning last night was great fun as always, and now Meriam doesn't have to feel too bad about having secretly practised a new crane kick to the point where she is almost (if not fully) ready to try it out in combat

Yeah, I know we're still in the "Early Days" of the idea but I don't think it'll be too long before we just play as an SG/Team when we can; which is not to say we forget the Thursday session but I think a larger lev allowance is going to be called for in future. From my point of view I didn't feel any different to anyone else last night despite the 2 lev difference; maybe it would have been different if I was in the front line but as a defender it was fine. In most normal, casual team ups there's a few lev differences and that works fine. In view of the fact that we are very deliberately working together it shouldn't be an issue.
I arrived pretty late last night but was pleased to see the team was there. Masked Angel was at 7.9 and wondered if she could continue in view of the lev limit. Fun versus rules, now there's a tough one. Of course nobody objected to her reaching lev 8, why would they. As a general rule I'd say try to stick to the limit but don't miss out on fun to do it. Having said that, don't turn up glowing like a lev 40 god when we're lev 15.

Hello all Militia Members,
my name is Chaos Mage i am an Magic Controller using my long time studies in magic a bit in the field the last 2 years to help defending Paragon City from all magical threads. When i one night sensed an ritual of summoning going on at the edge of Talos on one of the smaller islands i went over to see if i could stop it before something evil may enter our dimension. As it turned out a dozen of Circle of Thorns members and one of their more educated Mages had already finished the Ritual of Summoning allowing an Daemon Lord to enter our Realm. Unluckily for them it seemed a small mistake in their chantings had also drawn an magical creature into our world together with the daemon. As my experience of old tomes and history told me without a chance of failure its an real Elf. As soon the dimensional rift was openend and the Daemon Lord steped in our world the elf also was accidentally thrown into it. So before the Circle of Thorn could finish the Ritual and bring the Daemon under their command and on practical use for them the elf already attacked the evil manifestation. The poor Elf then realized in shock that his former potent magical powers where shrinked through the ride through the dimensions into our world into only shards of his former glory only able to break the bond of the daemon but far to weak to hurt him. Luckily the daemon focused full on the circle of thorns who had tried to enslave him butchering them down efficency and without mercy till he reached the Mage who gave him an small fight before falling under the Burning Blade. As the daemon was finally about to turn on the helpless weakened Elf I arrived and take care of the foul creature saving the elf of an unspectucular death in an to him alien world far from his clan.
After a few minutes and an slowly forming comunication i was able to find out that the Elfs name was Leygran and in his natural magic using clan like community he was know and valued as an healer and lighning controller. As i have to admit even with my 150 years of experience I had no clue of how i can get Leygran back to his dimension i took him to MAGI to find out if we can help him there to find a way back. They still search through their libraries to find a way but up to now without success. So i took him with me to make sure he shall be fine as long he is in our world, well and also because for me as a wizard it was amazing to meet such an mysterious and natural magic wielding creature and hoped to learn more about his kin.
What was amazing to see was Leygrans reaction to see our City with its machines and buildings made of Stone and Steel. And the told me then that in their society they dont have any clue yet in the field of science or technology.
After a while i showed him more and more of our world and learned a bit more about his civilization. He took a really long time to understand our law system and what it is good for. As he said all should know what is right and what shall not be done.
As i stayed longer with him it even seems that his magical powers slowly starts to get used to our world and manifests again. He now wanted to went out to learn more about Paragon City and its inhabitants. And because i cant leave my researches too long and have other tasks inside MAGI and other magic circles inside and outside Paragon i thought it would be a good idea if he could join an young Supergroup to start his new life and bring his magical abilities to a good use.
So i will show him to your meeting position on Thursday and hope he copes into your sg.

I would like to ask all new members to read the full Milita thread. As it is constantly updated as a journal, in a sense, it will help you come up to speed alot faster and avoid some problems in IC I feel. If you don't no harm done, its just everyone is kinda recalling what they did from there IC point of view and its kinda like a journal thats advancing a open rp plot. As for "plots" none that I know of have sprung up, beside one or two minor ones I think: 1 we keep running into clockwork a they get more and more violent towards the group , we have even fought the giant padalin and maybe we might be getting the clockwork pre-tf story arc ( i see this as a good way to lead up to the tf) and 2 we are currently investegateing the connect of the skulls and the other villian groups in the super adreline drug ring (skulls story arc)Both are centred about how we are getting to know each others past and how we mesh in a team. We are oftend getting missions that involve the skulls and the drug ring, all quite coencidence actually . i think thats only alphas "plot" if you can call it that so far. There are of cousre probaly alot of sub,main or personal plots going on between people, i.e me and jay-c getting off to the wrong foot because i mistaked him for a alien the first time i saw the warshade
I'd like to know if a change of character is available... If all goes well and I hope it does, Colonel Vlostok will be busy with the orders of starting up the Project in Paragon City but I would still very much want to still be in. It's a nice bunch of people here.
Only problem is my new char isn't a blaster, he's a scrapper.
If this can be solved I'll be one happy camper but if it can't that's alright too... Vlostok can cooperate with the milita and tend to his dutys as a "real" military officer as well. After all he was ordered to check for contacts and allies to the Project.
