At the very least, the debt for being KO'ed by an NPC, if not completely removed, should be reduced to that of an indoor mission. If they were worried about removing debt completely and having no punishment for reckless fighting in PVP, they could give people KO'ed by NPCs a temp debuff that lasts for a few minutes. Or even lower their level by 2 for a few minutes (preventing them from using another one of their powers in PVP until it wears off.)

Not sure if I misread the start of your post or something. earlier I meant, if you are fighting at a hotspot and die, it gets factored into the calculation to figure out who wins that hotspot. If you are saying a PC death could be factored in regardless of where they are in the zone, I think that would work even better. Hmm, maybe this deserves a new thread.
