Any comments? Is this not better than anything you could come up with for PvP? This build is mainly for Warburg/level 50 action.

Of course I'd never spec into this, I love Moment of Glory, Spine Burst and Tough too much.

Remember that's a PvP build though, you definately want powers such as Spine Burst for PvE.

OP's planned build is looking pretty fun. A lot ff people have problems squeezing Build Up in early on, or either neglect it, for some bizzarre reason. Nice one for getting it in. I neglected to slot mine for ToHit buffs after the 3 x recharge. It's no biggy, but I'm definitely putting them in once I ever get granted a free respec at somepoint .
And probably, I'll claim the slots off fast healing & health. In personal experience they don't make a great physical difference in the middle of a tasty scrap. Personal preference & comfort of course, & mine that I think I can get on with those slots put to better use.
Once you've get familiar with your best attacks & chaining them together, levering them all into that Build Up window is awesome, & with hasten running you'll be getting plenty of use out of it.
I tend to slot 3 damage, 2 accuracy, 1 recharge in my attacks. Never took focussed accuracy as I want to be able to go & have a bit of PvP fun in any of the zones when I feel like it, & you won't be able to even use Focussed Accuracy in Warburg. For PVE I like exemping down around friends & within my SG too, so I'm often below the Epics mark.
Slot Quills with a couple of end reduc' & you should have no need to spend atack slots on more end reduc' with QR & Stamina.

Though it's not the build I leveled up with, I leveled up in I4 so didn't need things like Reconstruction, I had Resilience much earlier too, I would definately reccommend Resilience for leveling up before the 40s. I felt Tough was quite important, too.

Jack, don't you have end problems with Tough aswell? Now at lvl 33 I have endurance problems, only toggles are Integration and Quills (nothing slotted for -end). If not, what have you slotted?

Quills is one of the highest end eaters in the entire game, even when 3 slotted with end SOs its still really meaty. If you want to run it perma (like I do) then judicious planning/slotting is required.

3 slot :: stamina

2 acc 3dmg :: quills (as well as my other attacks)
3 health :: intergration

dead mobs, lotsa pretty 15dmg+ numbers :: and :: no problems even in a heavy fight, so I don't know what you're doing wrong.

As for Resilience so late in ur levels :/ not too sure about that.. imho, with mine, you need it as soon as you get it. Chives might agree/disagree with me on that one, but playing my own spines/regen, I say you need it sooner.

As for Tough.. mmm...

I've thought about it, I do have problems with Lethal Damage sometimes, but since I've never done a respec mission yet (and it's level 42, and thinking I might need one soon..), so I have plenty time to experiment with mine and tweak it.

But, I'll be looking thru some Spines/Regen build notes people give to help tweak mine - where maybe needed.

It's tough to run while fighting an Arch-villian, but otherwise it's alright just don't run travel powers while fighting, put an end reducer in all toggles (you said you were getting Tough right?) and perhaps two in Quills.

It's also worth noting that Raziel only solos his Spines Scrapper, which is probably a waste - Spines are at their best when in the middle of a cosey Unyeilding 8 man mission spawn. This is also when their end pool is at it's worst, though.

Well, I have changed my build along the way since making this build... I made it before I had started the character I think. Now at 33, I'm getting Resilience at 35.

And thinking about it, apart from uncovering Stalkers, how good is Quills? I had it 3 slotted for damage at one point, and I think it still did less than brawl (unslotted)....?

Please excuse my comments they are usually based upon my own play, game and possibly in response to one of the other myriad of spine/regens topics going on not always applicable to different situations without explanation.

With QR + Stamina running Vs Quils (9 slotted essentially ) Integration, SJ and my attack chain (sirens spec) I rarely see the slightest dip in endurance. My game however is now factored at the top end of the game, I can solo the lvl 54 EB pets (unless they get a rogue 1500pt attack in while DP is down) with Quills, assault, tactics, FA, Integration, SJ (usually forget as I dont take this on many alts ) and SS, sometimes I have to switch off the leadership buffs (and SJ when i see ) to prevent a inopportune crash though.

Doing something wrong? nope not on my build, was just saying to anyone reading that quills has a monster end cost (highest for any toggle AFAIK) of 1.04 per tick unslotted, so thats more than 3 slotted stamina will give you back (0.988) even 6 slotted stamina which is 1.064 or 3 slotted QR (gives you 1.092) barely gives you an actual end return over running quils.

Its a great power but end reds are well utilised in it IMHO as otherwise quills negates one of the great powers that regsn can get over other scrappers (essentially takes QR for quills without end reds) ED hit Quills usage hard and I made my build around this power (mainly for stalkers in sirens )

dont bother with the damage IMO, its incidental and nice if you cen get it but quills is mainly a "scare" and suplimental damage power in the PVP zones as hide gives quite a high def buff Vs quills when hidden (annoyingly) even with 3 acc in it. The "miss" notification means u can whack on DP and batter the stalker if the AS hits and quills are great in an actual fight if you can keep them up.

Hmm, some interesting regen slotting there - Reconstruction and Dull Pain definately want 3xHeal and 3xRecharge and MoG only needs 1xDamRes to hit the resist cap. Plus 4 enhancements of the same type in Resilience.

No because that's slower. Plus in 8 man you can go solo one side of the mission while you team does the other side, double the exp.

It's also worth noting that Raziel only solos his Spines Scrapper, which is probably a waste - Spines are at their best when in the middle of a cosey Unyeilding 8 man mission spawn. This is also when their end pool is at it's worst, though.

Can be for most ATs Hobo, like ALL human WS, it's a waste of a WS-capacity.

But like any player it's the playstyle and how they use it power application on Unyielding (like mine usually) or anything really.

And I don't fully solo it, my GF's toon "Subjective Might" comes with me when she's not at work, otherwise I solo it 90%.

End Pool wise yea.. lengthy battles can be a pain -- but I've played worse.
