Well we submitted ours a bit back as well but i cant see any hope. The sights of the city and be famous thing have remained unchanged for about 2 weeks as well.
Come on community guys if you want a thriving community you have to fulfill your end of the bargin as well.
The creative genius section seems to have stalled in October too - was that merely a limited time offer, or is it another community thing that has just died.

Nope, still not a peep after 7 weeks and 1 day. It's worth keeping this thread alive for amusement factor only, though the TOTAL LACK OF CARE FOR THE COMMUNITY isn't overly amusing 
On the positive side, I reckon this can be strung out for 45 more weeks and therefore a whole year!!!

As the most impressive and best run SG website/forum I've seen in EU COH/COV it's a terrible shame the Femmes are having so much trouble getting listed. I've teamed with lots of Femmes on my various characters over the past year and I've never had anything other than a positive teaming experience with them. As far as I'm concerned the New Players sub-forum could have a stickied post linking to the Femmes site to show new players how good this game's community can be and I don't think any other sg in the game would feel it was undeserved.

I've never knowingly teamed with any of the Femmes, however Moonlit Shadow is in there and I'm told good things about teaming with Proximity in the past so I had a look at the SG site, which is way better than some of those which seem to be engraved in the granite of the Fansite Alliance page.
I'd agree that it should be listed, except for the commentry about Union players being "disorganised useless rabble" in the Reservoir Dolls fanfic. I've seen my share of "out-of-shape lump[s] in spandex" on Defiant too!
You had to be there - I wasn't, though as I understand it we've NEVER experienced such hostility as we got on Union because we 'dared' to show up with a themed SG. However, it would probably have happened on Defiant if we'd come from Union - some people are pathetic, servers irrelevant!

Their site really deserves to be listed on the fansite alliance page. It's an excellent website and deserves it as much as those already listed.
As an unbiased outside observer of the Fan Site phenomenon I would just like to say that it would please me very much if the Femme Fatales were listed.
Please chuck them on the list.
It would make life easier for me. I wouldn't have to try and remember the web address all the time to give to people. My memory if fairly rubbish.
If it was on the list I could just refer people to the official website.

It seems bizarre that this would drag out for so long. I understand that people may be busy and this may be low down of their priority list but honestly how long would it take? Unless there is some convoluted vetting process that occurs 
I have talked with bridger about this in person.
His job entails lots and lots of things. So he has a list of things to do with the things that take priorty at the top. As he gets down the list, new things come onto the list, so the website updates goes further down the list.
He knows the situation very well. He told me that he intends to put some time aside to actually do all the things he needs to do but doesnt have the time to do.
Sure updating a webpage may only take a few minutes, but thats a few minutes in the day he does not have.
It will get done peeps. By all means keep pestering, but this is just how it is.

I think he does as he is 'The community co-ordinator' so that would fall under his 'to do' things.
The thing is, this thread was a last resort to try and get ourselves listed - it's been months since we applied and months since the links have been updated. Surely there's a big difference between prioritizing work and completely ignoring one aspect of it?
I do think that Bridger does a great job, but if it's not possible to update the community links in this kind of time frame, maybe they should seriously consider scrapping it?

OK well I was going to post the exact PM I had back, but it seems to have mysteriously vanished from my inbox so I can't. I have PMs from 2005 in my inbox, I don't delete them - interesting!!
The last I heard as I recall was that it was going to be done shortly. That was around 2 months ago I think, can't be exact.
As stated before, if it takes them over 2 months to update 5 links then so be it, that's cool - but tell me so, tell me it'll take a month, 2 months, 3 months to do it. I can accept being told it'll take an age, I can't accept being ignored - by alienating the community, they're shooting themselves in the foot and it really pains me to see how little they appear to care about us.
Apologies if you think I'm being over dramatic, maybe I am. All I ask is a straight answer and honesty!!
That seems odd... when the URL for The Dark Defenders website changed TWICE it was changed fairly quickly after BlackDragon sent the request... a couple of days I think. That doesn't seem fair at all.
