Seems pretty good. Nothing there thats untoward. I got Aid Other instead of Aim & Air Sup, Haste & Fly instead of Inertial Reduction & the Fitness pool but thats down to preference. I like being able to set him on autopilot and go for a cuppa. Haste & a couple of Siphons is a lot of fun though...

The only bad thing is the Endurance Boost bosses & lieuts got last week means Short Circuit took a fairly hefty indirect nerf. So don't be planning to be able to sap too well.

Hopefully they'll counter / soften the blow soon.

Increase Density: I found you can't keep this on a team, it runs out too fast. So I would slot it with 1xDam Resist.

IMO Speed Boost needs no slotting with SOs, just put an End Mod in it. It has a base of 0.97ish, more than a fully slotted stamina. If they need 1.8 end per second over basic end recovery they would only be able to function with a kin on the team anyway. If you regulary team with someone like this and they are very effective I'd like to know what powersets they have ( Spine/DA scrapper perhaps with 2 damage auras and no stamina?).

I agree more endurance is never a bad thing, slotting Speed Boost for Run speed would be a bad thing.

My point is that you probably don't need to slot it, so if you have other places to put the slots, put them in the other place.

Once you have Transference, probably best to respec the end reducers in Transfusion, Fulcrum and Siphon Power - and put the slots somewhere else (or keep the slot but change the enhancement).

Oh and Speed Boost works great with 3 x End Mods - it doesn't need any recharges or end reducers.

Hmm. I would tend to think 3 res is a good thing. Helps the tank against the AV, and helps anyone who is taking damage. You dont need to spam it on everybody all the time. IMO 3 res is the only way to go.

Havnt tried kin, but I think 2 runs, 2 end mod, 1 range is the way to go with 5 slots.

Unless that teammate is me, and then I'll try to /friend you, /gfriend you and I'll ask you if you want to team with your kin/* everytime you log in, regardless of the character you're playing.

I loved using SS during fights, and I still didn't get over Suppression.

About the build : Zapp? Do you think you can fit it in a kin/* build?

I'm asking this because most of your powers are melee, you have already many attacks, and kin/ is very intensive to play so I'm not sure it's easy to use Zapp ; but if you can find a way to make it work, that's good.

(Dropping Zapp would help you to get Assault/tactics earlier, and mass hyp at 41, which helps a lot to do the "mass hyp - FS - nuke - CaB - transference" thing)

The end reduc in your attacks won't be really needed after Transference, it's that good. It's a matter of taste, but I'd drop the end reduc slots and add 3 recharges to mass hyp.

About hurdle, you have already unsuppressed jump and speed with SS and IR. Why not pick up Dominate instead? With Tesla Cage, it's a good 1-2 combo to hold bosses (and AVs when the purple triangles are down). Something to think about.

IMO, TB should be slotted with 3rech, and 2acc/1dam or 1acc/2dam. Typically, you're not going to use this against 3 or 4 mobs, so you'll be capped in damage with FS.

The Kinetics part of the character slotting looks good.

Inertial reduction doesn't need the recharge reduction, it's back before it runs out. Especially if a siphon speed was thrown in.

I take it you want to drain end with this build? If not consider swapping a endurance modification from transferance to an accuracy, I hate it when that power misses.

If you can spare a slot or 2 somewhere, aim works great with kinetics as you need to hit everything.

I've seen Increase Density have an actually visible effect on how much damage a teammate is taking, and I have mine 3-slotted. (I have four slotted Repel )

But, wait until you have enough slots to play around with though, like in your 30s. Although it does have a noticeable effect, its duration is waaay too small, so unless you only duo and have an egg timer next to you, it's going to be down more than half the time. It's too much of a hassle to use on large teams. I only really use it if someone is taking a lot of damage and my heals aren't an option for them.

There's many foes and AVs using Smash and/or Energy. ID, among the debuffs and heals the kin/ is doing, is what lets my blaster or my defender "tank" Shadowhunter, Siege, Tyrant, Marauder, Nightstar, Neuron and Antimatter. Mez protection AND S/E resistance adding up to your epic shield? Sign me in!

3-slotting ID will get most squishies with a 3-slotted epic shield to the 75% cap against Smashing (and energy if they have the electric shield), or very close to it. Due to the way resistance works, it's way better to be at 75% than 60%.

He has the slots to spare, so I say go for it. The last build looks really great, IMO.

By the way, recharges may be more use than sleep duration in mass hypnosis - duration on it is long enough at base for most spawns and it's way more useful to be able to spam it on every fresh mob, I reckon.
