Gen, I remember you saying somthing about havingthe capability to host demo's on the ranger site? Does that offer still stand? I got a demo of our first mish where we tear threw +5/6. Also got acouple from our hollows adventures...

Will depend on the size of the demo offcourse But feel free to already email it to the site address. Will have a look. (How do you play it?)

Sister Psyche TF provides a minor challenge up to now, sure there are mobs with 3-4 bosses of +4 (+5) level but they only take time to kill, they're not hard Looks like we found us another xp-rich TF, gaining 1/3 a bar per mob isn't bad now is it?

Playing demo's is fairly easy. Just make a shortup on your desktop of the .exe CoH file (so not the updater). Then just drag the demofile intop and it will begin playing. With the + and - buttons on your keyboard you can make it go faster (or slow down again ofcourse).

First time I've done a SP tf, quite funny being stood in the middle of 8 +5 freak tanks and not bit hurt

If there are any problems with hosting the demo on the PR webspace I can stick it on SNHS space instead. Once the website is finalised I was thinking about making an all-defender-team section anyway so chances are it'll end up on there at some point

With the uniforms, its a good first try Gen, I like the idea of having a standard uniform with a slight bit of customisation to it. I.e. for mine I'd have a gas mask and radiation symbol, Soundstorm could have the raider mask and the echo symbol etc etc. Not sure if that would work or not for everyone though.

Yeah I was gonna leave some options for you all to choose, chest symbol could refer to our primary as they all start with a different letter.

I quite like the tribal pattern - one of the costume entries for S4 used it in quite a nice minimalist outfit: white metallic body with a different coloured tribal pattern on each team member. Was it one of the french or german entries? I know it wasn't from Union or Defiant.

The folded gloves (and boots) are classic hero chic of course - I used them on one of my concept heroes who's sitting on Defiant at about lvl 2 I'd probably say the gloves would look better in black like the boots, and then have the chest symbol (letter) in black as well - the deeper blue looks a little out of place being as it isn't used anywhere else on the costume.

I'd had a go at playing about with costumes myself while in a more creative mood than when I tried a couple of weeks back. After getting past my red, white and blue stars and stripes phase, I eventually managed to move along to this.

I confess I overuse the belt there somewhat, and I've been getting a bit carried away with the gold in designs in recent times as well Whilst I'd originally only really thought about the head as being customisable, I suppose the metallic thing could just as well be spandex subject to personal taste, and an optional but team-standard cape perhaps. I quite liked the Yin Yang thing tho - the whole working with and depending on each other.

I don't know, I'd still like to see what everyone can come up with. Plus I rather like my The Flash uh, 'inspired' look for my second costume - I'd maybe have to use my first costume slot for the team costume and recreate my original costume when we get our third slot at 30.

It occurs to me that there is but 2 levels left before Transference. Plus I'd probably reach that by the end of this TF anyway

With the Moonfire and Citadel TFs, and the respec trial all still to do by lvl 30, I can see us having a hard time getting more than one War Wolf between the 8 of us - it's a shame everyone on the mission can't get one at once

If I recall, the Shivan pets only go up as high as lvl 25, so use them freely through the rest of the TF Plus you can always replace them. Even at lvl 50 I found it semi-useful (but more amusing) to spawn a Shivan in the middle of a big mob, especially one that includes an AV

Loving the suit idea's guys, been goofing around myself but can't find anything decent yet so, maybe I'd better leave it to you guys .

We are indeed in the TF heavy part of the game. Better check back with Striga after the TF to make sure we don't forgo unlocking Hess. We also need to unlock Croatoa TF, but that one goes to 35 so we have some time for that.

In other news, I won't be able to make it next week! Got an odd working arrangement that is taking me away to a faraway, computer-less land for the week.

On the plus side, I should be able to make it to Transference land tonight

Think we've got a good chance of finishing the tf this week anyway. If I've worked it out right we've got 6 missions left to do, defeat all, patrol, defeat leader and crew, 2 x glowies missions and then defeat Clamour.

If we can make a start as soon as 3 or 4 people are on, on the defeat all mission we should be ok, I'm guessing thats the one that'll take the longest. Patrol is easy enough, then we can ghost to the leader on the next mission, ghost the 2 glowy missions and then clear the final mission. Ghosting missions isn't really as fun but it'd be good to finish the tf this week (if not it'll have to wait 2 weeks) and its not as if we need the xp. Most of us are already at 25 and in dnager of outleveling the first striga contacts.
