I dont see many ATs asking for a buff to their inherent that regularly.
If most of those claims are made on the defender boards it either means that the defender inherent could really use a buff or a revamp, or that defenders are crazy megalomaniacs

Back from the original idea, which I only just read,
I love it!
And for energy blasting, I'd play it for getting some kb resist every time I blast, thats awesome! not more IO .
Archery? That is a tougher...maybe more accuracy? That seems really lame. So it may have to be a sort of "out of nowhere" buff, which makes a thematic issue.
Anyway, i thuroughly support this overpowered buff!
