LRSF...Has Anyone Tried This?

Did LRSF last night with a PUG and we decided to pull the Heroes to the top of the Atlas globe. Apparently Synapse and Manticore can't get up there so it definitely helped mitigate some incoming attacks. In addition those Corruptors/Doms/MM's that were able to hover/fly avoided melee entirely while staying fairly close to the action (and it gave them a quick escape route). The only issue was that the Shivans sometimes got knocked off and stranded below (fighting Synapse and Manticore I assume). Overall it seemed to be a pretty good tactic. Has anyone else ever done this?

I've heard some people posting about it a while back, but I'm more interested in how you got blasters and defenders on an RSF...

ROFL.... I agree.... I was not aware that the new going rouge was out yet.... I would have liked to see that pug...lol

But on a serious note yes i have ran the LRSF 3 different ways for that mishion but being on top of the globe we dont use shivs....we have someone pull and everyone stays in there respective locations works pretty well especially for a pug team
Usually we fight them on the steps in front with or without a mind dom we do well
Also been know to fight them on the roof top of the building as well you can break line of sight to all for pulling
But as for a Master Run with a mind dom still prefer the steps for both mishions.......

Hey, "Rouge" and "rouges" have always been popular in MMOs! That expansion makes a lot of sense to me!
On a more serious note, does anyone have good tips for pulling only one of them at a time?
So far only one team i've been on has managed this successfully (the pulling only one that is, not the SF) >.>

To pull one at a time and make sure no others come the only reliable way I've found is you need a perma dom to sleep them all then pull 1 by 1.

Or just someone who's really good with snipe pulling.

Of course, on many MoRSF teams you'll already be buffed to the gills so having an additional hero or two running into the mix isn't as big a deal as it could be.

LOL true, btw what's the reward for completing a MoRSF again?
And it's a LRSF without dying right?

A badge.

I was kindof the leader of that run(by default, being one of two people on the team who could start it) first time i've tried the globe, it worked well, but the other runs i've been on where we just charged the phalanx seemed to be less chaotic, since we don't have to worry about them coming from all angles when they come after us. though it wasn't much of an issue.

Still need to do a MoRSF run or 10 so I can get that badge, maybe Mac'll be kind enough to invite me next time

[/ QUOTE ] Sniping isn't a perfect science. I have the Mo badge on my Corruptor and I seem to be the designated puller every time. I've tried several different tactics, and while I HAVE been able to single pull them several times, there doesn't seem to be any kind of consistency.

I try looking which way each of the Heroes are facing to pick specific targets.
I try pulling from different directions/distances. (I also have super long range)
I try making sure I only have LoS of my target, and not the other Heroes.
I try hiding (breaking LoS) before the snipe actually hits the target.
I try hiding after the snipe hits.
I try hiding once the Hero is a significant distance away from the others.
I try making sure the rest of the team is hidden the entire time during the pull.

Nothing seems to work consistently. It either happens or it doesn't. If somebody has any ideas of what else to try, I'll definitely listen. lol

My master runs take approx. 40 mins, Last mish i just teleport into the heroes on my stone and herd them by the foot, then everyone jumps up and we take them down one at a time, no silly sleeping or pulling. I'm elec/stone so it's a little easier to hold the aggro withall the aoe's. But as long as u get it done, that's the important thing. I know of a lot of vg's that just couldn't get the job done.

I was just saying to pull 1 at a time reliably you need to sleep them. I was on Mateo_06 MO run where we got the badge and we didn't pull no one at a time lol(we tried but no perma dom). So ya you don't need to pull one at a time but the only reliable way to do it is with a perma dom sleeping them.

As said, it's a shiny badge.

And it's no deaths, no temp powers.
