Level Stuck?

Hey guys and girls, I've been playing a Psi/Ment blaster since I started here. She's level 44 now, but I'm stuck at getting her up higher. I cant seem to find a map that has some decent mobs or good levels to get her higher. I've run the ITF, but she is on Justice and there arent a lot of people on there anymore to team with, so I'm pretty much stuck soloing. Any suggestions?

Justice has several global channels and an entire forum to advertise for teams on. There's a channel called Justice For All and some others I don't recall the names of. Do a channel search for "Justice" and join channels with the most active/online users. (Also do a search for the word "Chrome" since there's a Chrome Family or something channel out there you can find teams on.) Then head to the Justice forums to meet some people who may be online when you are, have characters of similar levels, etc.

I'm hoping that you aren't expecting to get a level with every mission you take at level 44?

Soloing a blaster (or really most ATs) tend to slow down in the higher levels because (even after level smoothing) the progression between levels isn't a straight line - it's an upward sloping line.

Some good ideas so far to help you find teams, but even then, you won't routinely be getting a level every mission (ar even every arc).

Im' sure that Justice has plenty of people running task forces. You just need to pop down to the server forum there and ask around. 44 is perfect for tfs, but yeah what Ad_Astra said: don't expect to be leveling quickly or constantly. It takes work.

I got my scrapper through the 40-45 range doing story arcs (Division:Line, Evil Countess Crey, Melvin and the Malta, Eternal Nemesis, To Save a Soul, Welcome to Vanguard & Serpent Drummer's arcs in the RWZ, etc, etc). The story arcs in that range have lots of door missions, so you end up getting plenty of XP.

1. Tina Macintyre if you haven't already done her missions. She provides a crucial mission against Antimatter that is crucial for the Portal Jockey accolade.

2. Daedulus in Cimerora provides two story arcs worth doing

3. RWZ zones - at level 44, you're qualified to run Borea's and Serpent Drummer's missions.

4. Ask the Mission Architect forum for a list of appropriate story arcs for you to do. Specify solo friendly. Most authors would love for you to run their arcs, especially if you give feedback.

Tina has some great stuff. Lots of outdoor missions. However, a Psy/ blaster may want to bring some help against Tina's first mission. The Psychic Clockwork King can be a bit tough against such a character, and the mission can't be dropped because it's a badge mission.

Wha? All missions have XP. All missions have enemies. And all missions (aside from hunts and FedExes) are on maps. This statement does not compute. What do you mean exactly by this?

Justice is the fourth highest populated server. There are lots of people there. Definately find an SG or a Global Chat Channel worth its salt.

I agree that 44 can feel like a slow level. But when you hit 45 a whole new world opens up TF wise. STF, LGTF, RTF(Khan) and the higher Shard TFs.

Run another ITF to ding 45, then 50 is just a short hop away.

A couple of Rikti invasions should get you a bubble or two. The MA Stories and Lore forum is full of people who worked hard on their stories and desperately want an audience.

Have you been to the Shadow Shard? Everyone should do it once. (Most people would say "and only once.")

You could log on in the morning and build a Giant Monster Task Force- going from zone to zone, beating down every GM you can find. It's not efficient for XP, but it's fun and it gets you a few merits.

Hydra (Perez)
Babbage (Boomtown)
Paladin (Kings)
Adamastor (Dark Astoria)
Jurassik (Creys)
Lusca (IP) - a lot of people whine about this one, but I think if you're serious about this project you won't stop just because you got to the hard one.

So there's four ideas.

Mini-guides: Force Field Defenders, Blasters, Market Self-Defense, Frankenslotting.

So you think you're a hero, huh.
