Move the Sewers Around
You can already enter the Sewers (and thus the Abandoned Sewers as well) from multiple zones, not just Atlas.
Yes, but New Players dont' start in those other zones. This is a QoL for those who's playstyle doesn't revolve around farming and who don't want to hear it.
Id like to keep Galaxy nice and quiet and spam free thanks, so a NO from me.

Changing the game around farming rather than just fixing farming will always be a bad idea.

It would be easier to just remove the AE building from Atlas and Galaxy. The farmers can run to KR and farm there if they want and new players will find out that there is more to the game than just AE.

I've suggested that before Doc, I got angrier responses than people said here.
And this isn't just to get rid of the people who are over-crouding Atlas and spamming for groups and whatnot. This would also bring Galaxy back into the circle of places people want to go. right now the only reasons to go to Galaxy is for their badges when your SG needs them and if you roll a Warshade (on the off chance you actually do the missions)
I do agree though, let's get rid of the AE buildings in Atlas and Galaxy. No need for them there and KR/SC are strong enough zones.
Hell, I honestly thought that when the AE went in it would show up in Galaxy, Skyway, Indie Port, and Founders Falls... you know.. the zones no one goes to. It would have made a lot of sense to do that too, having the AE in each zone just makes it not as much fun imho. Especially since we can't be in Talos and join a team in AP, even though the AE are supposed to be linked (BUG)
My idea for the AE buildings.
I'd rather see the AE buildings removed from the birthplace of heroes and villains completely(i.e. Atlas, Galaxy & Mercy).
That way any new player isn't greeted by an abundance of idiotic farm spam on broadcast, and might actually get the chance to engage in some normal (non-AE) teaming.

Actually, I would completely agree with this. Remove AE buildings from the initial play zones.
Running through the sewers to get 8 fast levels is farming, pal. Sorry to break it to you, but that's the truth.
Separating the farming spam (be it AE or Sewers) between zones isn't going to make it any better. And I prefer Galaxy City to remain the quiet zone it is, thank you.
How about you try running a mission team there sometime instead of asking for Sewer teams to have the ability to ruin the tranquility of the zone by inflicting it with their own variety of spam?

farming (in games) - the act of using an easy device or exploit to progress through levels of a game or to gain in game valuables in as fast a way as possible. (see also PLing)

Guess it's time to put an XP cap on street sweeping. Sewer teams are ruining the game!

Farming in a sewer? That sounds unsanitary....
It might just be me, but the whole reason I don't start my toons in GC is because every damn origin there has Vahz missions. You can't start a toon there and do the normal contact set without getting puked on and that's seriously not my thing. If they wanted GC to get more active, all they'd have to do is make some of the contacts not have any Vahz missions. That's also why I don't play the starter contacts with any Science toons. Yick.
Can you tell I hate Vahz? I think I might have hinted at that...

I am not into GC. In the two years i have been playing i have only made one toon in GC and i didnt like it. I may go there for the spur of the moment rikti attack but thats it. I love sewers it is still the best way to go from level 2 to 8 in my book. I feel bad that ae has taken that away from the newplayers. Sewers is how u learn to survive in the first few levels of the game lol.
Actually before the revamp Hollows was an excellent training ground.
Sends the pre travel characters to missions on the opposite side of the gulch where +8's hang out in Hazard sized spawns.
If you could complete the Hollows on a character you learned all about agro range, mob levels and how to avoid being 1 shotted while on a morning jog.
At least with the sewer your on a team and have a reasonable chance of surviving.
So I recently had a thought. Since Atlas is definitely over-crowded with every newbie in the game spawning there and everyone else playing with the AE Building (and those 20-30 who sit under the statue and enjoy Atlas's attributes) I was thinking that it might be a good idea to move the Sewer Entrance from Atlas Park to Galaxy City.
The reason for this would be so that those who want to form sewer teams and just have fun (without the SPAMITY SPAM of AE bothering their sensibilities) can join the game in Galaxy... you know... the OTHER newbie area... freaking newbies...
Anywho, it might be something to think about. If not that though there should be SOME kind of pull for Galaxy. I remember when I first started I prefered Galaxy over Atlas just because the baddies were a bit better located. Now though, AP has the people factor, so it's the preferred starting zone.
