Actually, I think his point is other then his Job all he does is play, cuz he has no life, and that's why he in essence "wasted" more infl. then he maybe really needed too.
Instead of the usual "I have a job/life so I can't afford X" he's saying, "I barely have a job/life, so I can afford to pay the extremes for X".

Sooo, am I the only one that thinks things will get a whole lot better once we can solo farm?
I mean, I know farming... er... "Exploiting" is a bad thing, but once normal farms open back up and drop rates come back to normal where people aren't farming AE missions anymore, this will sort of... not work itself out, but people will return to the normal farms for drops, will they not? At least I know I will. I'll dust off my firekin and get back to Council Empire. >

I've kitted out the Goat with a ton of good stuff on a new father's play schedule, less than 20 hours a month.

Hooray for the market, which lets me make giant piles of inf for only minutes a day!

The simple solution is to add purple rolls in rewards for tickets/merits. Make it twice the gold so say 7000 tickets for a random purple recipe. You can get purple drops in ae from devs choice missions. They could make it a 50 only reward roll since you can only slot purples in 50's. The MA created a shortage of purples in the market since those supplying them were farmers. The current state of the market simply shows that either the chance for purple drops outside of ae need upped or those that want them will have to turn to farming outside of ae to try to get them.

Its only worth more than real on a farm. on a regular mission its hilariously substandard. After all, the most i get out of an average "real" mission in the ae is about 60-120 tickets, no end of mish reward xp, no roll at the end of mish, and no rested exp.

That unless they figure out a way to make rewards on regular mishes not suffer horrifically if they nerf farming again, that the only people using the AE will be the nutcases who advocate AE being absolutely free of any rewards at all?

Balancing out rewards between MA and the real world isn't as difficult as you seem to think.

There is plenty of middle ground to find between OMG FARMTOPIA and /E RP UNIVERSE.
