Freedom and Virtue are the worst.
You will run into inexperience players PL'd on about any server, but for the flood of that kind of thing it is happening in higher percentages on the more populated servers (for obvious reasons), so the lower down the population level you go, the less there tends to be.
Most of the people that are trying to abuse the system want to get the most out of it, so if they are new they are looking for the most populated servers, and, therefore, being directed to and going to Freedom and Virtue.
If you play villain side, there tends to be even less of this kind of activity then what there tends to be on hero side.

I know there's another game where you can get free transfers to a server which is... I think, 50% less populated than the one you left? But that gamae doesn't have cross-server economies, for example. I don't think it's a necessary thing to do here, given how easy it can be to level someone up and get through the game here. I mean, your mains, your billion-inf characters are probably worth the cash to transfer, but it's not like shifting the rest over is that big a deal. You know? Twenty bucks to move your two primaries to somewhere you'd like 'em better. You've probably paid more for meals.

I'm not afraid of PuGs, but if I'm given the choice between teaming with people whom I know share my playstyle and are competent players, and people who are incapable of even basic communication, I'll take the sure bet.

Sad to see you don't like Freedom anymore Jacobi. I never had the chance to play with you, but from your few inspiring movies, I can see you're a good and solid player.
I'm still fine on Freedom. For me it's like that the PI/Grandville chat moved to Atlas/Cap, not much more. I'm used to form and lead 8-man teams on a regular basis, and I dont really have a problem finding ppl to run AE story arcs that are not farms (and I get alot of positive feedback from the players for that !).
But I guess the difference is that I dont mind farms either, it's always fine when you play with nice, polite and cool people. (I don't say that's always the case, but for me the ppl I play with are more important than the farming/non-farming issue).
