Trolls - low level newspaper missions
Sorcs - NE corner of St Martial
Embalmed - Cap, near the Tailor
Go Team Venture!
You can also defeat Sorcs in Siren's Call. And since you need the time badge there for an accolade it is killing two birds with one stone.

Embalmed you can flashback to the "Steal Facemaker's Reanimation Chemicals." in the 1-15 range.

Outcast bosses only spawn in the sixth mission from Marshal Brass, and only 3 per map if you are with a full team.

Warriors and Untouchable are also hard redside, as is Visionary.
Warriors are easy. Just go farm 'em in Sirens.

If you are used to Blue side then many are hard to get solo (like vamp badge takes a lot'o door mission farming).
One that is particularly harder red side is the Crey Paragon Protector badge. You can find bosses but without a team killing that many solo is like dental surgery. Blue side you have that nice mission with the minion/Leuts that lets you get the badge easily.
Fact is there I don't know if there are any shared badges that are easier to get Red side. Some are about the same though.

The ones heroes can only get on Valentine's day. The Longbow one. Spider Smasher and Fortunata are more automatic redside, Corallax too.
And yeah, Warriors in Siren's, that's how I got it, but it's still vaguely irritating.
Toxics are easier redside... they're crawling all over the catwalks in Grandville.
Untoucable isn't so much hard as tedious since it takes some extra clicking to distinguish between the classic and Marcone versions of Family bosses. I just kept killing them around the dock areas in Nerva.

That's actually a really interesting question. I'll have to test this tonight if I remember.
