I've done both, and I feel like the blue side was rather easier than
the red side.
I was on a full team with 2 rads on the blue side, and we got the
TF done in 1:24. We hardly broke a sweat.
On the redside, we had a full team with one brute, one stalker,
2 widows, 1 mm, and I forget what the others were. We got done
after 3:13. We did, however, have an excuse. The brute had to
leave to pick up his dog from the vet, or he would have had serious
wife aggro. He did come back in time to take down Reichsman,
but he was a serious pain the in butt.
It is highly recommended to have debuffers. I kid you not.

Sooo IDK..maybe i just got lucky my first time thru, I knew had to have debuffs. However, when I was advertising team, people pretty much brought what they wanted. 4 Global friends, 3 lvl 50, and 1 pick up corr from search. Was a great group over all! =)

I've been wanting to do it... but everytime I try I get bored just thinking about starting it.
Kidding aside, it is a fun TF. (Every day is a good day to clobber a Nazi!) But, like all TF's if you have the wrong team or, more importantly, the wrong players, it can turn into drudgery.
I think one of the most interesting ways to level up a character is to do nothing but TF's. You want to talk about "powerlevelling"?
However, I am very fortunate that I have some of the best team mates one could ever ask for. the best one being the lady who's computer sits off to my left, my wife.
Even with that we went into STF the other night and for whatever reason, we apparently had the wrong power-mix and we never finished it. Yeah, there was a little drama, but we got over it. Hey, better luck next time. We will comeback better prepared.

Ran the TF a bunch (8 or 9 times) slowest was 42 mins, all others under half an hour.
The one SF run took 1:22.

actually, im sure most of us know what time to merits is, and personally im ok with a 3 hour plus SF as long as i have fun
besides im one of those people that would rather enjoy the SF and earn XP, Inf, prestige or whatever bonuses i can get then run through it as fast as possible but i do whatever the team wants to do

Guess so, besides who cares, they had fun and thats what matters, people don't seem to realize that fact!
You wonder why devs are probably making things harder is because of the fact people can run though stuff in 20-40mins and those of us who don't wanna stealth stuff and accually DO THE TF/SF it makes it more diff, great challenge though. But still... fun with friends and COOKIES is all that matters 
I liked the new tf, kinda a pain at the end hero side, uninstall'd coh before I could get a chance redside.
Ah well Ill be back sooner or later, Ill try it then
I hope Hottie remember that I'm a pie type of guy. Cookies are alright, but to get my engine going takes pies.
*Shrug* Outside the 10 minutes before the final AV fight on the SF, I like it more. The new TF is too easy.

I havent had the chance to do the SF yet. I suppose I could attempt to join one on Victory.
Now that i've completed both of these I have to say...
So many of the missions are "stealthable" with "clicks" and "done". I've done the new TF 3 times now with the fastest time of 1:01. I really don't see any reason to complete it again. It is in a word to "EASY".
NONE of the missions where "stealthable". The very last mission DOES take some time and teamwork to finish. I had a great team today and we knocked it out in 2:47 with 32 deaths. Once we got coordinated for the final mish it was great and we took Reich down. I enjoyed the challenge and look forward to doing this SF again. 
I feel "cheated" on the hero side.
The Strike force I found to be a challenge.
