the server status screen actully loads for me.. it just keeps going up down up down up down.

Make sure you back all the way out of the game and load it again. There's definitely a patch.

The up/down cycle isn't quite accurate. Observe the "Updated:" info at the bottom of the screen. Some glitch is flashing back to Jun 24th when they were up.

Oh calm down, you big baby! Castle said that PvP rewards not dropping is a bug and that they're working on it. You cannot assume that a bug has a relatively straightforward fix, even if it looks like a relatively straightforward bug. You have two choices: either act like a man (or woman if applicable) and wait for the bug to be fixed, or cry some more. Which one will it be?

If you're really not uber-pissed about this, then my apologies. Lots of stupid going around these days, and I do sometimes have a short fuse when dealing with said stupidness or things that appear to be said stupidness.

Really. Every time I go in a PvP zone and try to do anything, there's some QR/EM stalker that I can never hit and never debuff (I play a Dark^3 defender). That being said, what are these rewards they're talking about? What do you get IO recipies for in PVP? Just for killing the enemies around or PvP itself?
Think it is back up, I am downloading a patch... I remember the days when they actually updated the patch notes it was nice.
