Hrm, don't know what the problem is. All the characters (that I've tried) that have been there before the Super Science grant have the pack available to them.

None of mine did.

Though I was a bit disappointed at first about the lack of pieces (nothing for tights, tops/bottom with skin, no patterns, no belt), the goggles are rather nice and will fit Blitzwolf perfectly, and the change to height/body type are great.
