Gravity wormhole
Target a wall when you pull them. Should keep them grouped together.

I like to drop them from waaaaaaaay up high whenever possible. :3 I also like making wall art on missions with the war walls.
But I've never seen a definite pattern in what mobs get KB as oppose to KD. Most of them time I'm pulling one group into the group my team is finishing up, and most of them get delivered with limited bounce. It does help to drop them against walls/in corners, but as that's not always available, just shrug it off. I guess you could try the AoE immob first but that always gave me way more trouble than it was worth.

As others have said, you can target straight up above you in the sky or you can fly up and target right below you or you can go into a corner. It will still knockback a little though regardless of what you do.
Doing an immob first doesn't really help as grav's aoe immob doesn't have -knockback. You could do the aoe hold first I suppose, but then why bother wormholing?

Personally, I just aim 'em at a wall.
Or if I'm feeling aggressive, I wormhole the next spawn at the feet of the spawn the team's currently fighting.

if you aoe immobalize them or aoe hold them BEFORE wormhole what ever spot you put them they will stay hope it helps. That is how i used worm hole on teams. By the way AoE imm. and wormhole onto trip mines and other devices' bomb Funny as anything you will ever see.
I have been applying Crushing Field AFTER Wormhole, not before...
Does it matter?
Is one way better?

It seems to me that Wormhole first reduces the chance of enemies shooting back. But I have never taken a Gravity controller far enough to get Wormhole (I wish there were any decent* area control powers in the set before 26), so I am not intimately familiar with the power ranges, timings, etc.
* By "decent" I mean frequent (so not GDF) controls that prevent incoming attacks (so not CF) and allow outgoing attacks (so not DS).
I team with the Repeat Offenders.

No, there isn't any difference since CF doesn't prevent knockback.

but aoe hold does right? :P
I was mostly concerned with the enemies wandering around disoriented AFTER Wormhole...
So more specifically... do you think it matters if crushing field ( the AOE Immob) is applied before or after Wormhole if I want to prevent disoriented wandering? Does the Immob effect last after wormhole is applied?
FYI I have 3 damage procs slotted in CF, which is why I use it often...

I always use CF after Wormhole. That order works very well for me.
If the tank has agro I'll use CF before wormhole. If not, same order as Hyp3r.

Yes, the Grav holds prevent knockback.
Arc #40529 : The Furies of the Earth
Hi guys, so I love using this power from the gravity set wormhole. But I was wondering, is their a way to target this power to avoid making the enemies get scattered all over the place? I try to target down or towards me but they still get knocked back in some sense.
Sometimes it does throw the enemies bundled downwards without the KB but Im not sure why it only works sometimes. So does anyone have tips how to reduce the KB part of it when their isn't walls and stuff to shove them to?
I wonder if its even adjusted to camera angle or somthing weird like that lol. Thanks!
