Yeah, my point was just that you were saying play 'properly'.

You can play properly without ever looking at Mids. these designers are more of a tool to help figure out which direction you want to go in preemptively, but in no way are they needed to play 'properly'. I can say, for myself, I play for 2 years without Mids or any tool and I leveled up and built just fine.

These tools, in addition help the player figuring out a direction to head without using respecs, are also good for min/max building. And it sounds like that is something you are looking for. Something that has a bit more precise data. Which is fine, and I get that.

But my point stands in that you do not -need- a tool like that to play properly.

So...now that i know what you are talking about, with a roundabout answer I determined from your posts, all I can say is I hope you're asking players to do this, and not Devs, cause I'd, personally, rather the Devs focus on new content, proliferation especially, and fixing bugs. Not this.

Edit: in noticing the subject line again, I see you are asking for the Devs to do this. So I guess I should say /unsigned instead.

sorry to tell you but i am awake and the dev's won't waste time to do this when they have all sorts of other things to do like make content. oh well that mid's is behind by a little and some of the things aren't correct. deal with it. pretty much all the numbers i have seen in mid's have been almost spot on. you obviously don't know how much work goes into making one of these builder programs nor how long it would take to actually make one. get over it. i believe steiner said he should have an update somewhere in i15 so sit back, relax and enjoy.

Why?

Why should they provide this service when the community has already done the work for them? Because you demand it (and that is exactly what you are doing)? Come on! If you are so worried about it, volunteer your own time to help out the people (person) working on Mids now.

At any rate, when I read the OP I thought for sure this was a thread about an offline Costume Creator. I was dissapointed to find it was a thread temper-tantruming for a feature that doesn't deserve Dev time.

I'm going to have to say that all I would demand of the development team is that they provide the raw numbers, and possibly an explanation of what they mean and how they work. Beyond that, I wouldn't mind an official planner, but I wouldn't be terribly heartbroken if there wasn't one. Mids and Suckerpunch did a smashing job with it.

I'm interested in the information. A tool to write it down with isn't as important.

An there lies the fundemental difference between you, _Enos_ and I. Both of you do not pay attention to what is written down in front of your face so I wouldn't expect either of you to have the brain capacity to understand professional business practices and good customer service.

I don't have any problem with an official planner, but it would have to be a lot better than Mid's(which is awesome), and use a different UI than our current level up/respec screen(which I don't like).
