i bid on houses all the time, buy cheap and then rent them out to ppl usually target demographic is the new couple with the lady pregnant and the guy with a stable job and give them a lease with an option to buy, so they at least try and keep it in good shape.
and lol my day job is menial tech support. if my boss could read this she might draw 2 and 2 together and understand why i'm so lazy about picking up pay checks there.

Seriously tho, you may find it advantageous to fully explore this site: Resumix
You get job stability, great benefits, good pay, and very good advancement. Free advice is worth what you pay for it, but I think everyone should have a resume in resumix. There is a ton of opportunity, a huge variety of jobs in evey conceivable occupation all over the U.S. but you have to get past resumix to get to it.

I finally finished my bachelor's degree!!! That should free up some time for gaming, but I think we'll be moving soon...got a bid on a house, then have to find a new job. At least I don't have to worry about any more deployments
