Is wp's rttc broke?
What would lead you to think they did? Is this something you heard, or are you seeing something in-game?
Generally, the answer to these questions is almost always "no," but it would help narrow things down if you could provide the reason for your question.

In what way?

Well to be honest I don't have any evidence just curious because while searching some pvp videos in youtube I saw this one video of this guy complaining about wp's rttc being broke in pvp
here go check deveron01's comments on his own videos

In PvP, RttC gets detoggled when the Tank, etc is mezzed. RttC casts a tohit debuff on the enemy which is considered an offensive toggle. Offensive toggles get deactivated in PvP when mezzed by an opponent.
Oh, I see. So it is still the same as before its just that now it can be detoggled.

Only in PVP.

Oh, it detoggles in PvE if you're held, but I can't remember the last time that happened to me. The big thing about PvP is status protection is changed to status resistance, so you can get held in one shot (albeit for brief periods of time). Since it's so easy to be held, RttC detoggles very often in PvP.
yea it detoggled me yesterday when i was scrapper tanking (my wp scrapper) all the CoT and nemesis around the portal corp parking lot... they had so many holds stacked... it detoggeld
I wish they'd just get rid of the -ToHit on it so that it stops being detogg'd. Honestly the debuff is what 3%? It does almost nothing anyways even fully slotted.
IMO RttC is WP's defining power and for it to be virtually useless in PvP is a joke.

Get a full team of 8 wp toons and go do some mishes. Or go do an AE arc with all WP foes. It certainly does something.

I'm talking about the debuff as it pertains to PvP. What you describe will never happen there and as such the ToHit debuff should be removed so that RttC doesn't detoggle and essentially become useless.
Even in PvE, when was the last time you or anyone was on an all WP team as you describe? I never have and I team all the time. The most I've ever had on a team was 3 WP toons.

[/ QUOTE ] Yes, if all eight tanks are within eight feet of each other, they'll inflict 13~28% tohit debuff, depending on the enemy level.
Uber.
You know, I used to think that the debuff in RttC was fairly worthless, but I don't believe it anymore. A couple reasons:
*) As you stack def bonuses (just CJ (unslotted) Weave and a Steadfast is 18.4% s/l def and ~33.5% exotic def) that extra 3.5% starts to have a larger impact on your survivability that you give it credit for.
*) It's a debuff, debuffs are also threat modifiers, as well as taunt. So that debuff is making RttC more potent at aggro generation than it would be without it.
In PvP, yeah, it's not worth much. (Not sure how much RttC is worth in PvP anyways, considering people try not to stay in melee range.) In PvE, though? I'd say its impact isn't too bad.
Assuming everyone that is WP has Combat Jumping, Weave, and that Steadfast thing.

Well, even without those, it still functions as 3.5% (+0s) to 1.68% (+4s) defense to enemies hit by it. People spend good money for that much defense.
[edit: Grammar.]
I like how RttC interupts aid self and AS... senseless violence i tell you.

yeah, and if you mix it with DM, well, lets just say, not much touches you i was always a tank/def player, couldn't get into scrappers, tried to play them like tanks and they died. but a DM/WP scrapper plays pretty much just like a tank, and is quite awesome, he's my new favorite toon
Oh yeah, that was the time that girl got her whatchamacallit stuck in that guys dooblickitz and then what his name did that thing with the lizards and it cleared right up.
screw your joke, i want "FREEM"
Did they nerf willpower's rttc?
