we normally have one on Sunday night at 7pm. They have been put on hold for now ( although I'm unsure why).
If you join the BMT of champion channel, you will be able to see in the MOTD when each raid will happen ( we also do some redside sometimes)

Yes, we have been running hero Hami raids every Sunday starting at 7:30pm EST.
A good channel to join would be BMT of Champion. There are several OPs for this channel, including @Cobalt Azurean, @Cutlass, @Myrmydon, etc. If you are in game, send me a global tell @Amygdala and I'll be happy to connect you with one of them. I should be around for most of today.
