Removing hover (Thanks Rylas) due to the foot stomp conflict. However doing so has made the PVP IO vital again, which is a little disappointing.
Switched a few powers around to get more end redux in a couple of toggles, and a touch more recovery.
Positional Defense to Melee/Ranged/AoE - 45.2 (including the pvp IO)
Net Recovery with Accolades - 2.15 end/sec
Net Recovery without Accolades - 1.85 end/sec
Dark Regen with the Theft of Essence: Chance of Endurance IO.
Stamina with the Performance Shifter: Chance of endurance IO
Also picked up a second slot in CP (thanks Nihilii) for better active endurance management.
Optional: Taunt can be switched with Oppressive Gloom (2 slotted with Stupefy)

Nice build, Reask.
One thing bugged me when I was looking at it, though - Rage isn't perma, which means you'd get the -20 defense drop when it crashes. DA having no defense debuff resistance, this could get ugly in some situations.
I've moved a few things around to keep defense softcapped with the PVP IO and get Rage perma. However, the recovery is down to 1.5 end/sec without accolades (1.81 with accolades).

Tactics are for those who do not have a big enough hammer. Wisdom is knowing how big your hammer is.
Actually, you don't get the penalty if it's up again before the crash. And since soft-capping is critical, so is a Perma-Rage.
FYI Nihili, you left out a spot for your PVP IO.
Tweaking my 3rd build to allow for perma-rage. DR's slotting will be limited, but with all the accuracy buffs, you can do well with just End/Rech/Heal enhancement. You can still have two aggro aura's to justify no Taunt, and still have a recovery of 2.7 (2.97 with accolades).

The build I posted is really just Reask's build with a few tweaks, the fix would be to pull the slot from Taunt and put it in one of the armors (slightly lowering recovery again, but not by that much).

Last time I used it (which was this issue), you don't. For an explanation as to why:

When Rage is activated, it adds all those effects to your character. When you activate Rage again, it adds a second copy of all the buffs except the def crash (highlighted). Since the def crash isn't set to stack, it instead replaces the current one with the new copy, resetting the crash to occur 120s in the future.
This works even if you use SS in the middle of the crash, the def debuff will vanish.
[edit: Of course, this assumes "perma" means reusing it right at, or slightly before the 120s duration is over, not waiting till after the crash.]

With accolades, it's possible to drop Taunt, pick up Cloak of Fear then move two slots from Tough to CoF (Giving it 3 slots, 2 level 50 acc/end IOs from the fear sets, and either a fear/end or a to hit debuff/end IO). This would give a net recovery of 1.69end/sec, Perma-Rage, soft-capped defenses, and the added bonus of cloak of fears mitigation. However, it's not really viable without the +end accolades.
You could also switch out taunt for OG and move a couple of slots around, but concidering Dark Armor's lack of defense debuff resistance, having the extra mitigation from CoFs to-hit debuff may come in handy.
And on that note, I think I'm out of ideas.

Not that I really care about the Influence, but the things I don't like about Rylas's build is Dark Regen, and it's attacks are underslotted.
Not only will this hurt damage, and healing ability, but will also hurt Endurance a great deal.
DR alone will take nearly 1/4 your end bar with 1 use every 23.5s, at 30% heal. (Compared to my build's DR which costs 5 end less, and recharges in 13.6s, and heals for 43%)
It also needs Hover(which is slow, and negates Foot Stomp use) to hit the defense cap, unless you use the PvP IO? (which I'm not familiar with, but if it gives +3% def then my build could cap with it as well.)
Anyways, I just wanted to point out that End Redux in attacks/active powers might even be more important than Net +Recovery when looking into preventing endurance issues.
I also wouldn't skip Death Shroud since it helps hold aggro, and does a good amount of AoE damage over time.

Pep Rally is right, DR needed a little more end reduction. Even with accolades, 25 out of 115 (21%) can be a lot. But, 20 out of 110 (18%), is less by comparison. It all adds up in the long run.
Another major issue was the lack of Punch. Jab and Boxing are nice, but compared to Punch they're weaksauce. And since you're not worried about OG and CoF, I dropped them out. Taunt got replaced, and you have a decent attack selection to use.
PVP IO, of course. 3.14 recover (3.45 with accolades)

I'd recommend dropping a slot from Cloak of Darkness, and 3 slotting LotG (Def, Def/End, Def/+Recharge) or taking one from Jab, and moving it to hover and putting a LotG Def/+Recharge IO in the new slot. This would give you perma-rage which is currently missing. (you can also put Impervium Armor in Obsidian Shield for a tad more endurance recovery)
I have this strange feeling the builds are reaching a convergence and there'll only be minor tweaks in small areas to pick up a different power (like Punch, CoF, OG) and the moving of 1-2 slots to pick up a touch more recovery/end reduction in powers. (Or the addition of HOs etc for more efficiency)
How do people enable PVP IO sets? For some reason they aren't in my Mids. Having another +3 defense (all) slotted would give some more room in my previous build, so I could slot several other things.
It's not actually in Mids (it hasn't been updated in a while).
Just leave an empty slot in a resistance power to simulate having it slotted, and aim to get your defense above 42.

Yup. I had the LotG added, but good call on Impervium. Made the switch on that. Thanks! And yeah, the builds are bleeding together a lot. I think it's learning more about Chosen's playstyle than anything else. I was building off the assumption of multiple aggro auras being needed. Seeing as it's not crucial, I figured Punch would be a better addition.

Here is an updated build. The defenses remain the same. The damage is slightly higher (I didn't know there was a difference between PVE and PVP damage). Without Gaussian's build-up proc calculated in, the damage of foot stomp is shown to precisely 200. A few changes in setup made the recovery 3.07 end/sec, with 1.44 end drain, leaving 1.62 end/sec for powers (1.92 if you have accolades).
Thermals Last build is lookin like number 1 quality to me....keep fightin for first got 2 days left my friends....
