It's not actually in Mids (it hasn't been updated in a while).
Just leave an empty slot in a resistance power to simulate having it slotted, and aim to get your defense above 42. -
I'd recommend dropping a slot from Cloak of Darkness, and 3 slotting LotG (Def, Def/End, Def/+Recharge) or taking one from Jab, and moving it to hover and putting a LotG Def/+Recharge IO in the new slot. This would give you perma-rage which is currently missing. (you can also put Impervium Armor in Obsidian Shield for a tad more endurance recovery)
I have this strange feeling the builds are reaching a convergence and there'll only be minor tweaks in small areas to pick up a different power (like Punch, CoF, OG) and the moving of 1-2 slots to pick up a touch more recovery/end reduction in powers. (Or the addition of HOs etc for more efficiency) -
I just moved a few things around to make Rage Perma (I really should have seen that earlier) and to try and keep the net end recovery above 1.69 end/sec.

With accolades, it's possible to drop Taunt, pick up Cloak of Fear then move two slots from Tough to CoF (Giving it 3 slots, 2 level 50 acc/end IOs from the fear sets, and either a fear/end or a to hit debuff/end IO). This would give a net recovery of 1.69end/sec, Perma-Rage, soft-capped defenses, and the added bonus of cloak of fears mitigation. However, it's not really viable without the +end accolades.
You could also switch out taunt for OG and move a couple of slots around, but concidering Dark Armor's lack of defense debuff resistance, having the extra mitigation from CoFs to-hit debuff may come in handy.
And on that note, I think I'm out of ideas. -

Removing hover (Thanks Rylas) due to the foot stomp conflict. However doing so has made the PVP IO vital again, which is a little disappointing.
Switched a few powers around to get more end redux in a couple of toggles, and a touch more recovery.
Positional Defense to Melee/Ranged/AoE - 45.2 (including the pvp IO)
Net Recovery with Accolades - 2.15 end/sec
Net Recovery without Accolades - 1.85 end/sec
Dark Regen with the Theft of Essence: Chance of Endurance IO.
Stamina with the Performance Shifter: Chance of endurance IO
Also picked up a second slot in CP (thanks Nihilii) for better active endurance management.
Optional: Taunt can be switched with Oppressive Gloom (2 slotted with Stupefy)

Figured i was wasting a few power picks on teleport when stacking CJ/Hover works just as well. (also removes the use of the pvp def IO)

Theft of essence +end IO should help with the end loss from dark regeneration, but you can always get unlucky.
Also, the lack of OG/CoF is a touch annoying, in a 'real' build, I'd probably drop 2 of the zephyr sets, 4 slot Cloak of Fear with Clouded Senses for -7.2% to hit, and 2 slot Oppressive Gloom with Stupefy. (although that would completely hose the net end recovery...)
One other thing i'd do for a 'real' build. would be to switch the defense and defense/recharge GoTA IOs in either Cloak of Darkness or Weave, to be a LotG Defense and Defense/+7.5% Global Recharge IO. This would perma Rage at the expense of a little endurance.
