Copy tool is still not working

Anyone else get it to work today at all? -_-

This is more than slightly annoying, especially since they told us to wipe all our toons off not too long ago. Now we can't put ones up? What gives?

Same for me, I queued up some transfers to test about 30 days ago and still not there. I tried transferring about 4 characters today, still empty server for me. I deleted all my test characters during the last beta. Nothing for me there on a fresh new character.

Srsly, If I we're putting i15 to test, I'd make sure the char transfer tool for my game was working >_>, or at least notify the ppl to need to so as to ensure that its working.

Yea, I deleted my toons as per the announcement sometime back. Now, I cant get the character copy tool to work at all, either

Five bucks says it won't get fixed till I:15 is going live :P

It is a clever trick on the Dev's part. They tell everyone that there will not be a closed beta. Only just an open beta for I-15, I-14 MA Part 2. And everyone rejoices.

Then, two weeks ago, they they have to wipe one of the testing rooms for internal testing.

Now the character copy tool, conveniently, isnt working. So, many of the players cant test the new TF/SF. Sounds like a psuedo-closed beta... lol

I just made the same comment in-game like 10 minutes ago.

So far I am not impressed, this TF/SF better be dang good for this many issues just to get on the server.

Just got my char to transfer, seems to work now.

When I try to use it, I get as far as selecting a server. Every time I click the submit button, it just reloads the server selection screen.

This is a bit of a bummer because I really want to get my Bots/FF MM over there to test if the zero collision on the the seeker drones no longer snag the protector bots.

Transferred my first character without a hitch.

I've now tried it in both Firefox and Internet Explorer.
Only this time, I stopped to read the message I get.
Apparently, I have no characters on neither Infinity, nor Pinnacle. (The two servers I only ever really played on)

I tried to log a tech support ticket... guess which webpage fails to load?

I finally got one to transfer last night on the 3rd attempt.

got it today. took a few tries and a reboot as well, but it worked

Ok, i figured out what I was doing wrong. I was attempting to log into the Character copy tool with my master account and not my game account. (Apparently, I've had too many meals prepared in aluminum pots as a child)
Copy works fine.

Well, it may have started working again for a bit, but I tried to copy characters last night and again today, and so far, nothing. The tool seems to work fine, as far as the web page goes. But when I log in, none of the characters have been copied over.

Yep. Can't get my 50 villains on there. I have two 50 heroes, but not villains. I'm about to roll a lowbie and run to Grandville to check check if a typo was fixed yet. One that is pretty important to new players. I hear it asked on the help channel alot. It'll just take a few extra minutes to get there without a transfer that works, I guess.
